"1-Star Review – Very Unsatisfactory My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service and overall quality were far below expectations. The facilities were unsatisfactory, and the stay was not comfortable or enjoyable. I expected much better for the price paid. I would not recommend this hotel to others, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements."
"Lower unit that was easy to locate and get to. Easy to use smart lock to get in. Good communication via text with an actual person. Had a small situation that was handled by the property maintenance team within 30 minutes which was greatly appreciated. Upstairs neighbors were quite loud during waking hours but luckily quieted down for sleeping. Overall very comfortable stay. Nice to have easy access and laundry available during our stay. The welcome boxes of laundry supplies, kitchen needs and...

Luxe Farmhouse Hot Tub Pool On 5 Acres
Luxe Farmhouse Hot Tub Pool On 5 Acres"As I headed to the property- it was not disclosed that the property was alongside a mud road that was one way- and full of pot holes and in fact the 4WD rental car I was in slid all over just trying to turn into the property. The entry way is overgrown and garbage cans were laying all over. When I arrived through the gate, the driveway was also muddy and unpaved, and proceeded to back up toward the front door to unload my bags. The stairs were wooden and super short, chipped paint and...
"The property was in a great location with lots of local amenities close by. Very clean. One of the fire alarms was beeping due to a low battery when we arrived, it was late at night so I messaged the team. The maintenance team arrived first thing in the morning to change the batteries and we didn’t have any more issues throughout our stay. Very happy with the response time."
