"It was cute and clean and very quite. The check in process was very simple. The beds were comfortable, and the snacks and drinks provided were a nice bonus. Some doors do not close due to shifting in the house, but it was not a problem. The hot tub would not heat at all. We did not realize the owner was on property so we did not try to contact him that night when were were trying to use the hot tub. Check out was easy, although we did have to search through emails to find the checkout process. There wasn't a binder to reference what was needed like some VRBOs have. But after searching, we found the expecations of stripping the beds and collecting the towels. Very basic expectations, it was just hard to find what we were expected to do. Overall it was a great experience!"

"Bro, these people used Facebook filters or something on their website. First, there was an overwhelming smell of curry and urine. You have to park around back behind the building and hope no one decides to break in your vehicle. The entry through the back was even more impressive. You walk through what I would guess is supposed to be the laundry room before you come to the secure door that did not lock. Once you realize where the urine smell is coming from you immediately see a door that is covered with fitted sheets in order to keep the enormous gaps in the door ways. The windows to look in the hallway from your room or door was a classy touch. Don’t plan on a quiets night rest in the front because of the noise that comes in because of the window unit. Key card issues are typical but when you see a roach wanting to visit with the manager as well, you kind of let that take priority I guess. You definitely get what you pay for. If you’re in a bind money wise then knock yourself out. Definitely do not recommend for a family. "

"We enjoyed staying in our first tiny home. Our review has nothing to do with the actual stay, but rather the commutation and information provided prior to our stay. Why we are giving 3 stars:The rental company has inaccurate AND a lack of information regarding the following things:1. How to get to the property - There was no additional guidance on how to get to the property once there. The address given takes you to the clubhouse not the actual property. 2. The guest contact is incorrect- Contact the rental company instead, until they fix this information. We received a call back from the individual listed as the guest contact and they are currently trying to get the rental company to take their name off the listing. 3. The code to get into the home - we didn't get the door access code until 730pm after contacting the rental company to get the owner on the phone. Check in started at 4pm. So if you book this sweet n lovely tiny home please make contact BEFORE your trip, to ensure everything goes smoothly. Hope you have a wonderful trip ."

"This was a great place for our family to spend my son’s wedding weekend. Lots of entertainment with the pool, hot tub, games and TVs. Lots of room for my elderly father to get away from the energy of the great grandchildren. The houses were both spotless and very well equipped. Feeding carrots to the donkeys and goats was a huge hit! I would recommend this rental to anyone, especially if you are going to have a large group. "
