"Hi, We checked in at 11 pm on 1/31. We realized in an hour than heating is not working so we called front desk. It was 61, 62 degrees inside and really really cold. She was unable to fix it or move our room bc there was no availability. Also, I’ve a special needs child and he was already asleep . The heating didn't work all night.
