"it took a long time for the water to get hot. It was very chilly in the morning and we couldn’t even turn the heat up so we were very cold in the room."

The only thing I was a little disappointed in was we had to leave a day early due to an emergency at home. I wasn’t sure if we’d be able to get any money refunded but I asked the front desk at check out and he said if I contacted Expedia and let them know, he was sure we could get something back. But when I contacted Expedia, they said they called the hotel but the hotel said no they couldn’t do anything. Just a little frustrating."

Spoke to the manager multiple times and was promised some sort of refund/compensation. That was about a week ago now and I have received nothing after reaching out multiple times. "
