My family and I stayed at the Poetry house, it was great. The apartment is a bit small, the bathroom is very small but we made it work. The location was the best part of the whole experience. Short walk to everything. Great restaurants, supermarkets. Overall the stay was good even with or 4 years old son.

Comfortable bed, big room. Only one elevator!!! Very difficult to control shower water temperature—scalding hot was all one could get without a lot of experimenting. Valve needs to be replaced. The first room I was given had trash in the toilet and it did not flush, so I was moved.

The manager India was a GOD SEND for our last minute booking! When Expedia didn’t send over our reservation (booked 2 hours in advance) she went above and beyond to help us get into a room and took care of all of the strings for us! This place is very clean, professional, and the most professional and friendly staff I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with during a vacation trip! The staff and restaurant host were great. The room was clean and very livable. The noise came on Friday night from children on 12th floor playing in hallway. It was a treat for my granddaughter so she really enjoyed the pool and breakfast and comfort of sleeping in. Thank everyone for good service.

Check in was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Room was phenomenal and clean and ready to go. Perfect for what we needed. We used the pull out bed and they got linens to us within 10 minutes. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious. We are very pleased with our stay. To keep in mind. Parking is weird. They have a small access to load/unload and a parking lot further down and there is covered paid parking(we used) which is really affordable.
