All in all, you get what you pay for. Price/quality is fair. Whereas location was good and our room was surprisingly quiet, it was my first hotel room without a window. Also, the pool did basically not invite for being used, as it was dirty and worn down but based on pricing, we did not have other expectations.

The hotel was in a good location. Close to Robinson mall and eating and other little shops. Could walk to the circle at night and just watch the children play and the world go by. The hotel was OK but that is all. I did see roaches in the room and the room had no windows. Very small and not maintained. Coming in to the hotel it smelled bad in the entry and the pool was dirty and not taken care of. The free breakfast was good but small. And the drinks were very limited. But it was a cheap place to stay for a reason I guess?

今回はエレベーター故障のため、常に階段にて4階までの上下りとなり非常に疲れて自由に外出できませんでした。特に屋上のプールエリアにも一度も行く機会がありませんでした。安いホテルなのでそこまでの体制を求めるには無理がありますが、日頃の設備に関するメンテができてないと感じました。 そんなリスクを納得で選べば問題ありません。

宿泊当日 エレベーターが故障で稼働しておらず友人の部屋5階まで、ひたすら階段で昇降 2階の部屋の電話は、置いているだけ 何も通話とか出来ない トイレ詰まりが少し有りました。朝食は、美味しい頂きました。チェックイン時に、エアコン清掃していてビックリ エアコンは、よく効いていた。エレベーターの故障は、最悪

大幅に良くなった対応

レストランにいたとんでもなく無愛想なスタッフ（一人）がいなくなり快適に泊まれるホテルになりました。ただし、真夏なので期待していたプールが工事中で当分使えないとの事。ここら辺のフィードバックがホテルドットコムにされると良いですね。てか、是非お願いします。

Lobby is small but clean. Location is in the entertainment and bar district so it is a bit noisy in and out of this place. Our room was noisy with people coming and going all night. We have paid the same rate at other hotels in Malate with much better experience. Ask for extra things you need like sundries and towels before you go to your room. The staff are nice and try to help but service can be slow. that was our experience.

A hotel that acts like a hostel

Rates itself as a three star hotel but more like a hostel with private rooms rather than dorms. No soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, no hand towels provided, no bottled water in the rooms as you arrive, no trash bin in the bedroom, no refrigerator provided, lumpy uncomfortable mattresses, pillow covers that are too small for their their pillows, 1/5 of a toilet roll and no replacement, a bad smell from the plumbing every time you walk into the room. Ask for the manager and you get "The manager is not available." Ask about the lack of amenities such as toilet soap and trash cans and the answer is "We are are a budget hotel." Hello? Three star hotels or one star? DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Asia! Thankfully Hotels.com were able to refund my remaining nights and I got a REAL three star hotel at a cheaper price in a better area. Be warned!

Nous avons fait 2 passages le 1er une catastrophe; chambre minuscule, lit en 120, bruit des boites de nuit a fond et clim comme moteur d'avion, plomberie a refaire le 2eme un peu mieux mais la plomberie est pourrie, ca fuit, se bouche ne marche pas le personnel est rigide et ne fait rien de plus qu'il ne doit la piscine a des foraires d ouverture limités Je suis sure qu'il existe mieux

窓がなく、換気が悪い。食堂スタッフに最低の人が混ざっているホテル

安い部屋は窓なし換気悪し。ヘビースモーカだが、換気が出来ていないのでとても臭い。非喫煙者と一緒に泊まるのは無理。一人だけだが最低の食堂スタッフあり。足りないものを頼むために話しかけても一切返事なし。もう一度言うと返事もせず、うざったそうな顔で手でこちらの話を遮る。足りないものが色々あり何度も何度もこれをされては切れそうになる。教育がまったくなされていないと思われる。ただし、別のスタッフはまめにテーブルを拭くような気配りが出来たりで、一くくりには出来ないが、初日のその一人しか見なかったら二度と泊まらなかったと思います。もうひとつ料理は美味しかったですね
