We had a mostly pleasant stay, especially given the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Aura and close to places like Venice Canal, which made exploring easy. However, our check-in experience was very frustrating. The property manager was unresponsive on the day of check-in and took a long time to reply in the days leading up to our stay. There was also a technical issue between Expedia and VRBO, which I had informed the property manager about in advance, but I never received check-in instructions via email. Since we didn’t have the exact address, we had to rely on photos to find the property—an added challenge after a long flight. Even when we contacted VRBO’s customer service, they couldn’t locate the instructions right away. It took about two hours before we finally received the details. On a positive note, the receptionist at the lobby was very welcoming and helpful, which we appreciated. Would we stay here again? Maybe—but we hope future guests don’t encounter the same check-in issues.
