Book a Mandraki Resort

"Exterior not as pictured. Smaller pool and kids pool is not so nice, sun beds are old and dirty. Hard to get a place at the pool as others leave their towels on it. We also think the pools are too small for such a big hotel"

"We had a really good family holiday here, with great food and drinks. Our kids loved the bikes and playing on the beach, pools were warm and plenty to keep them amused. My only small critism would be consistency of service across the restaurants. Overall, fabulous holiday "

"While the resort is tidy and neat, the beach is rocky and not swimmable. Pool was clean. Cleaning lady only came once during our 4day stay. Hair found on buffet food items twice on different occasions. Had to call for clean towels and toiletries. NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH OR GREEK!! Don’t even know what language staff spoke. Oh. The resort is a 35$ ride from port so rent a car!!"

"Our first family holiday abroad and it did not disappoint, everyone was so friendly they could not do enough for you. The staff were always happy. Food was lovely, something for everyone. Lovely pools and gardens just a lovely setting, definitely go there again "

"The guest checkin service was uninviting and poorly managed. No directions to your room or porter service. Similarly, trying to book a late checkout or drinks that are not included in the all inclusive package, was frustrating. The staff were under trained or very new and had no idea what to do, and there never seemed to be a supervisor around to help with guest queries. Also, I have never stayed in a hotel where you are instructed NOT to put used toilet paper in the toilet in your room, but to dispose of it in a pedal beside the toilet. I ended up having to make frequent visits to the main reception toilet which had no restrictions. Overall, I found the facilities, entertainment and general layout of the resort underwhelming. However, the buffets were tasty and there was a good selection. But you would get bored of the menu after a week."
