"The room smelled terrible, rugs should be shampooed at least once a week, very filthy. There weren’t any charging ports available, no microwave in the room, couldn’t control the thermostat either. I would have used a different motel if I had known it was being renovated. My allergies flared up due to paint fumes."

Staff were ok but instructions to leave key in room because of our very early departure at 4am created a problem for the manager as she called me in Florida complaining that I had not checked out properly.,even as I had pre-paid my stay and they had my crdit card on file."
