Summary: The Heim Residences are delighted to offer our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Skyline penthouse apartment, in the heart of central Manchester. Every room boasts unrivalled views across the Manchester skyline. There is a spacious balcony overlooking Ancoats, the Etihad Stadium and as far as the Peak District. You will also get access to a pool, gym spa, cinema room and business centre. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, however, we recommend booking for 2 guests for a more comfortable stay.
The Space: KITCHEN & DINING AREA The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We provide a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, and an induction hob.
We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 4 seater dining table which also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOM There bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and fitted wardrobes, as well as a vanity dressing table and mirror. There are fitted blackout electric blinds throughout the apartment.
BATHROOMS There is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower in the apartment, an en-suite accessible via the bedroom. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. The living area also features access to the balcony where you can sit and enjoy a coffee overlooking the view.
SOFA BED The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed, although please keep in mind that this will take up space which may not be preferable for longer stays. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.
