CLAIRE

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The mattress was good and the bathroom was clean. However, I got an electric shock on the kettle in the kitchen first thing. The plumbing is very noisy & this lasts all night long. The stairs are not clean. The en-suite bathroom is tiny with a faulty door.
