Great hotel, we were very kindly upgraded to a suite. Would return, excellent location. Local nightlife noise was an bit audible but to be expected given location.

Me and the wife stayed there when we went to watch Lionel Richie at the coop live. Great central location, 5 minute walk from the Ivy, 20 stores, cloud 23. Staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was perfect as well with homely touches dressing gown, tea coffee etc. Just booked tickets to watch simply red in September and we will be staying here again.

Anaother great 3 night stay here. Shame that only 1 of the 2 rooms were upgraded but all the rooms are great so wasnt an issue at all, although I would have enjoyed a bath during the stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Well presented property, great location in the centre. I’ve done 9 hotels in the past month for work and this was the most comfortable bed. The cozy room was ideal for solo travellers. Good WiFi with no messing around for business calls. Nice shower, although a bit hard to get the temperature down enough. Espresso in the room was very fresh and a very, very welcome touch. Complimentary white wine on check in was an excellent glass, and the bar looked nice but didn’t use it. Elevator has a mind of its own. Hallway was a bit noisy as my room was immediately opposite the elevator. I doubt highly there wasn’t a room upgrade available (as a higher tier Expedia member), as it was quiet and they were sending me offers, but the room I booked I was happy with. Some noise outside the window at night. On balance though overall - I stay in a lot of hotels for work, this one was excellent and would stay again.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Manchester. Very noisy at night which impacted my ability to fall asleep for a while. The shower seal was compromised which led to a very wet bathroom. Toilet paper was so basic, please invest in a quality toilet roll.

We have just stayed and booked the Comfort King room the room is very small however the decor is lovely. Bed is comfortable bathroom nice. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the corridor and above. The other room which we stayed in September was much better (obviously more expensive) signature deluxe. however I would recommend spending more to have a quieter night sleep. Excellent location, bar and restaurant. Staff on reception very friendly and welcoming

Comfy room but not a restful stay

Staff were brilliant and rooms are quirky but well presented. Main issue was the noise from the street, rooms aren't well noise insulated so you hear everything from the street below. Also a few features in the room like blind not working, lights all on one switch so everything turns on and off instead of just bedside table for example. Well presented but room for improvement.

It was a beautiful hotel, the bar and staff were amazing the only issues we had was i had to rinse the bath out first; you can hear absolutely everything outside from taxis to stag/hen dos so barely slept and the thermostat for heating lit up the room all night. Was definitely worth the upgrade to the suite, cocktails were great, id just pre plan with ear buds and eye mask next time

Ideal stay in city centre

Great stay, ideally located in the city centre, we had a function at a different hotel, and did not want to stay there. Roomwas small, but ideal for me as it had black out lining, coffee machine and mini bar /fridge in room, however I did not use either of these. L'occitane toiletries, so not to be snifffed at. Wasn't disturbed by noise. We didn't have breakfast , or eat at the restaurant on site, but would definitely consider staying again if we had a function on. There is also a bar, but again as we were rushing out, we didn't try it out. Staff were very welcoming and helpful

Nice Hotel, disappointed no VIP perks were recognised by the hotel at check in when enquired said there were no upgrades available (despite a number of rooms being available to book on line). Free drinks (VIP Perks) not recognised, on the second evening enquired about it was told bar was shut a reception but to take a drink from the mini bar.....looks like i was charged for the drink i took (under query) also no breakfast delivered on the second morning. Room it self good and great location.

Adequate for short stay

The room was very small but hotel is central so you can expect this. The room was very clean, bed very soft but comfy. Shower heads in bathroom could do with a clean apart from this our stay was adequate. My daughters room next to ours was even smaller but for one night was ok. Wouldn’t want to stay longer as limited storage for clothes and bags.
