    The apartment has been designed with quality, comfort and energy efficiency in mind, and comes furnished and fitted to a high specification with everything you need for a comfortable stay.. The German engineered kitchen comes fully equipped with stone worktops and includes a washer dryer, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. The two bathrooms have high quality sanitary ware and full tiling throughout with the added benefit of a bathtub situated in the main bathroom.
    The apartment also has two balcony's located in the bedrooms.

    House rules:
    The apartments are strictly non-smoking, any evidence of this or the smell of smoke will result in the immediate loss of your security deposit.
    No parties, loud music, events or gatherings. Please keep noise levels down to a minimum in the corridors, quiet hours are between 22:00-09:00.
    Min booking age 21, copy of ID Required & signature of T&C's.
