"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "We had an unforgettable holiday at Lykia World! The resort is absolutely beautiful – surrounded by nature, with stunning views and direct access to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious with lots of variety, and there were so many fun activities for both kids and adults.
