This listing features a spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the second floor, complete with a generous private balcony. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dining area.

In addition to our cozy accommodations, we are pleased to offer exciting common areas for you to enjoy with other guests. Outside, we have a sparkling pool where you can take a refreshing dip on those sunny days. For barbecue lovers, our barbecue areas are perfect for hosting a meal with friends and family. Our outdoor kitchen is also at your disposal, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the fresh air. And when it's time to unwind, our relaxation gazebo awaits you, equipped with comfortable hammocks where you can relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.

**Please note that the pet fee is charged per pet $60, and date changes carry a $60 admin fee.
**The parking lot is currently under construction, so spaces sell out quickly (although you can park outside without a problem).
**Due to constant use, our pool table is not brand new, and please note that it works by inserting coins.
**Quiet hours start at 10pm and end at 8am.
The property is just 3 minutes from famed Mar Chiquita Beach in one direction, and Posa Las Mujeres in the other. There are restaurants and bars within 3-5 minutes driving distance. Also the Barceloneta Premium Outlets are 15 minutes away. We look forward to hosting you at El Flamingo Beach Club!
