Loris and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make our arrival, stay and departure smooth and problems free. Our room has a beautiful view, a fridge and everything we needed for our 2 nights. "First and foremost, Andrea was the perfect host/hostess. The room is awesome, with a super quaint and cozy feel. The espresso machine was a much appreciated amenity. If you stay anywhere in Cinque Terre, THIS is truly the place to stay! We couldn't ask for more!!!"

"Location and room nice. Need to consider installing a lift, it is difficult to drag my suitcase up and down three flights of steep stairs. Also give a person enough time to do the auto check in procedure, not 3 hours before check in while I am in transit on the train travelling to Cinque Terre."
