Hotel in need of repair
The walls of the room were dirty with holes, there was very little water and sometimes there was none. The reception desk was very rude and unhelpful. We were given free breakfast, but very disappointed when we ask for extra milk for the coffee we were told that there was no milk since every cup of milk was measure for each table even though we were the only ones at table.

This should be a great hotel...
It's good to support a hotel which is not a chain brain and unfortunately this hotel did prove the old adage right-you get what you paid for. The staff were friendly and welcoming; the room was spacious and comfortable yet the infrastructure needed some major renovation including minor things like the shower head and water sitting near the toilet blow which was rising from under the tiles. The person in reception did not have the combination to the safe. On the positive, the hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood with little traffic and breakfast could use bigger portions yet the hotel employees were prompt to provide service. Overall, the hotel needs to focus on fixing the minor issues which is sure to improve clientele recommendations.

Do not stay at this Hotel...
I arrived after 3 pm, the person that took my information did not explain anything to me about the safe not working. I assumed it worked like any safe at any place I have stayed before and it was not the case. I had placed part of my money and passport in the safe and than it could not be opened. They use keys to open Hotel the safe that everyone has access to including the cleaning crew and the night guard. Needeles to say that what I thought was going to be a nice stay at a small boutique hotel was a horrible expereience due to the staff and cleanliness of the rooms.

Charming Hotel
I enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and comfortable. The public areas are charming and delightful to sit in to pass the time. This is a great spot to relax. The staff are excellent and meals are wholesome. However, it is not convenient to getting out and seeing the sights. You'll need to arrange for private tours or some kind of transportation. But I think this is true of all the hotels in Managua so don't let it stop you from staying here.
