People are super nice and friendly but, I didn't appreciated to see so much garbage everywhere on the streets. I think that if locals were more concerned about that the city and all country in general will have a higher potential to attract tourists

Overall, the city seemed the same as Pre-Covid years. Tourism seems to be back in full swing. The flight was full going and returning. We had zero problems in Managua or traveling to Granada.

The only things i have had bad experiences were with corrupt police officers asking for money in exchange to free you from non sense traffic ti kets to foreigners
"Easiest 5 stars I can give. When I fist stayed here in 1995 if was vastly different. It has improved so incredibly. We really enjoyed our room with great AC, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds (although a king bed would be nice! The swimming pool was clean and excellent. The handling of switching room towels could be better, but they get the job done. I can’t say enough about how great the food is at the Camino Real!!! Great breakfast buffet and very tasty food in the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel - especially if you’re staying close to the airport. The traffic getting to places in the central and southern areas of Managua is abysmal, however. "

On our first morning after arriving, we woke up to a flat tire. The staff immediately came out and helped us change it. Didn’t even have to ask."
