Está mal ubicado porque fuera de la propiedad hay un mercado, pero ya dentro de ella y que hay seguridad no se siente miedo, creo que los dueños deberían pagar para que los alrededores luzca mejor

The hotel and staff are great. Outside the property can be perceived as dirty and sketchy. Wifi signal is weak throughout the property.

Me hicieron esperar 45min porque según estaban limpiando la habitación q yo había reservado un día antes, eso no fue tan mal , en el baño no había jabón, el zinc estaba tapado el agua no pasaba y todo eso no m importaba tanto pero cuando fui a la cama y levanté las cobijas para acostarme me di cuenta que tenía muchos pelos , fue cuando decidí irme ,le expliqué la situación a un agente de Exp y les dije q me ayudaran a reservar en otro hotel y aún así m dijeron q solo m podían regresar los taxes de toda la cantidad q pagué , fue una total deception NUNCA vuelvo a Reservar con Exp , yo esperé q ellos m ayudarán ya que fue a través de ellos q reserve ese hotel NO LO RECOMIENDO , no estuve ni siquiera 1 hora ahí… ahhh el lobby no tiene aire acondicionado!

Great stay.
The only issue we had withbour stay was the Airport Shuttle. Youbwill have to reserve the shuttle 24 hrs in advance or you will not be able to use it. Even if the shuttle isnparked at the hotel grounds.

Hotel is very close to the airport, but the area surrounding the hotel is very dark, not a place to walk around. The rooms are small but with everything you need. If you have a light sleep, make sure you don’t get a room next to the pool and the bar because it can get loud at night.

Good hotel but not in the best location
Everything was very good, the room, the breakfast buffet, and the hospitality of the staff, but the location of the hotel was not the best. If you don't have a car or someone to drive you, the surroundings of the hotel are not the best. You can't go for a walk around the hotel, the streets are not in good condition, there are no sidewalks in good condition to walk on, and there is nothing near the hotel like restaurants or shopping malls.

Great Place to Stay when visiting Managua
This property was very nice and clean. Everyone was so attentive and Great Customer Service from the front desk to the restaurant servers and chefs. We Surely enjoyed our time spent there and plan to return sometime soon.

Well the parking sucks because there is not exit and when u are park to exit you have to reverse and is narrow when doing it so. The same entrances is the exit as well

For our second stay in 10 days the airport transfer didn’t arrive, we had to phone and insist on one, despite having confirmed arrival in advance by email. 30 mins then to negotiate check in is excessive, zero need to deliver such a tediously slow process.
