The positives - nice area, nice staff great beach location, nice food. The chalet had very thin walls and needed modernising, we could hear peple talking, neighbours television and baby crying.

I liked the food, very good breakfast and lunch and you were never hungry. The sun beds wasn’t included on the beach, they took deposits for a lot of things, for the AC control, the glass we wear. The hotel was good, I recommend, but there was no good transport..

Had we stayed here more than one night, this would have been a nightmare. Others have already mentioned that it is a dated property, no wifi in rooms, no parking, etc. so we arrived expecting these things. What we did not expect was that the room was extremely basic. Sheets were stained, only one flimsy pillow per bed, you could literally hear and feel the springs on the mattress. Also, if you want the remote for the A/C you must give a 20€ deposit CASH. We had jo cash and had to pay a fee for using the ATM on-site. This was not listed anywhere on Expedia. The hotel’s saving grace is the location (right in Cala Romantica) and the breakfast which was quite better than expected.

Arrived late in the evening, not what i expected. No A/C in the room, if not so late arriving would have turned around. For a 1 x night stay, not convenient car 1000m away offsite and room 600m from central bars. We went to bar, slow service 20 mins for a beer and wine. Room with fam did cool slightly during the night. Shewr bathroom excellent.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön und sehr besonders. Die Zimmer sind im Bungalowstil und liegen alle versetzt an einem Hang. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet, aber das ist auf den Bildern ersichtlich und hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Negativ sind hierbei allerdings die Betten: diese sind sehr, sehr alt und dementsprechend fühlen sich die Sprungfedermatratzen auch an. Die Wege sind weit, allerdings gibt es an 23h des Tages einen freundlichen und kostenlosen Fahrdienst. Es gibt täglich von 10:00 bis ca. 23:30 Uhr ein großes Programm, inklusive Abendprogramm. Dieses ist sehr zu empfehlen. Außerdem gibt es ein breites Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten auf dem Gelände und 2 schöne Pools. Positiv: Die Lage des Hotels Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende Kostenloser Fahrdienst auf dem Gelände Negativ: - Im All-Inclusive Paket sind KEINE Cocktails enthalten - Das Essen war bis auf das Frühstück wirklich sehr schlecht. Es hat bis auf das Frühstück fast nichts geschmeckt und es gab wenig lokale Küche. Das meiste Essen war leider lauwarm bis kalt. Die Snacks an der Poolbar waren täglich die gleichen und standen dort für mehrere Stunden und waren auch eher eine Notlösung - 25€ Gebühr pro Woche zzgl. 15€ Pfand für die Nutzung des Zimmersafes finde ich mejr als unangebracht - die unbequemen Betten Wenn die Betten und insbesondere die Essensversorgung sich verbessern würden, würden wir dem Hotel 5 Sterne geben. Die Atmosphäre war wirklich toll!

Zimmer sind Renovierung bedürftig. Die Speisen sind ein typisches Hotel essen in Spanien, erfahrungsgemäß. Service ist leider eine Katastrophe das gesamte Personal ist unverschämt und verbal aggressiv, kleinste bitten werden als Angriff gewertet. Es gab mehrere Situationen wo ich sprachlos war. Ein Beispiel wäre, das ich an der poolbar nach einen Becher gefragt habe und mir der Mann an der Bar ihn nicht geben wollte. In der Anlage kann man mehrweg Becher bekommen für Pfand muss man aber nicht laut Rezeption. Der Mann bestand aber auf einen mehrweg Becher. Am Pool Büffet wird das Essen während man es auf den Teller legen will abgeräumt, wenn man dann nachfragt ob man noch etwas bekommt zuckt man mit der Schulter. Beim speisen im Speisesaal wird Mann kurz vor Schluss ständig darüber informiert das man noch 15 Minuten hat oder noch 10 oder noch 5. sehr unangenehm. Die Zeiten werden hier strickt eingehalten egal wie viele Gäste im Speisesaal oder am Pool sind. Alles in allem keine Empfehlung wert. Der Strand am Hotel ist allerdings sehr schön und sauber und die Hotel Anlage ist sehr schön.

Die Anlage ist nett gemacht, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe, das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber nicht wirklich gut. In den Räumen herrscht eine Feuchtigkeit, die selbst unsere saubere Kleidung muffig machte. Deckenventilation und Föhn funktionieren nicht. Großes Plus sind die Poolanlage und das Personal.

Più che un hotel è un campeggio fatto a bungalow, il posto in sé è carino, ma l'arredamento è completamente da ristrutturare. Il personale è molto carino e cerca di soddisfare il cliente in tutto. Cibo ripetitivo, ma comunque buono Sicuramente da migliorare le pulizie, vengono fatte in maniera minimale e tante volte senza mettere i ricambi. Da mettere in conto scarpinate dalla camera al ristorante e piscina Dalla spiaggia partono tutti i giorni due catamarani per le escursioni Nei dintorni non c'è nulla, un bar diurno sulla spiaggia ed un ristorante sulla scogliera

The property is very big, there is mini golf and it is right on the beach. The beach is fabulous and the waters are crystal clear. The beach was the property highlight. Food was disappointing but edible. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The entertainment at night was awful - they did a movie on friday and had a "musical" on one of the nights - which was just a bunch of kids dancing around so the evenings were very boring. Good thing I bought a pack of playing cards. There is nothing around really except a restaurant and a small bar but if a secluded break is what you are looking for then this is a great place to be. It is an hour from the airport and far from the bustle of the city.

Sehr schön in die Landschaft integriete Anlage, dadurch aber sehr weitläufig. Mit größeren Kindern (ohne Buggy) allerdings kein Problem. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft mit auch viel natürlichem Schatten. Immer genügend Liegen frei! Essensauswahl gut und vielfältig. Besonders das mallorcinische Buffet empfehlenswert, das ohne Aufpreis zu reservieren ist.

Alle Zimmer sind ohne Klimaanlage, was bei täglich um die 35 Grad kaum auszuhalten ist. Nachts schon gar nicht. Türen können nachts nicht geöffnet wrrden, da Mengen an Mücken überall auch tagsüber vorhanden sind. Alle Gäste waren von Stichen übersät. Zimmerreinigung so la la. Möbel und Badeinrichtung müssten erneuert werden. Verpflegung war sehr gut.

Sauberes einfaches Hotel. Scheinbar werden auch die Überdecken häufig gereinigt. Sparsamme Handtuchpolitik.Esnn Ok, nix besonderes, etwas eintöinig, aber für den Preis gut. Eher qualitativ höherwertige Lebensmittel außer Eis. Cocktails ungenießbar, auch dei Sangria.... Abends unmegnen von Mücken so das man nicht draußen sitzen konnte. Sehr weitläufige Anlage am Berghang mit schönen alten Garten und wunderschönen großen Bäumen die die Sicht auf Meer vom Zimmer zerstören. Shuttelbus in der Anlage. "Naturstrand" mit Nadeln etc. von den Bäumen. Safe Kostet 3€/Tag, stand nicht in der Ausschreibung!

Ich bin schon zum 2. mal in der Anlage, freue mich immer wieder herzukommen. Sehr schön gelegen, auch per Auto gut zu erreichen und Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gartenanlage super schön und gepflegt. Zimmer müssten mal modernisiert werden. Keine Heizung, im Bad zu dieser Jahreszeit (Mai) etwas kalt. Reinigungskraft war täglich im Zimmer, die Toilette wurde jedoch in den 5 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt. Essen sehr einseitig, Geschmacklich aber ganz gut. Zur Nebensaison war es glücklicherweise nicht so voll, in Stoßzeiten jedoch schon etwas Gedränge im Essraum, wie das dann in den Ferienzeiten ist will ich mir nicht vorstellen.
