"Ground floor of an old building. This is not a hotel!! Whoever gave the place a permit to operate as a hotel should be sent to prison! We had an missile alarm at night and there is no protected safe space!!! Contrary to all the safety rules of operating a hotel, there is no protected safe space. Hair in the shower and hair bands from previous guests, used soaps. No one at the reception. In short, God forbid, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL"
