"Les fenêtres n'ont jamais été nettoyées, le lit était bizarrement froissé, le carrelage de la salle de bains tout blanc avec des taches indélébiles toutes noires et le personnel est venu frapper à ma porte à 7h45 du matin puis une heure après le technicien a ouvert la porte sans frapper, n'importe qui aurait donc pu me voler n'importe quoi, c'est vraiment inadmissible, imaginez ce qui se serait passé si je n'étais pas à l'entrée de la chambre à ce moment là !"
