Very clean and great room with a fantastic view.

Great little hotel in an excellent location just metres off one of the most important pedestrian shopping and entertainment streets in Istanbul. Our room (102) was at the rear of the hotel and the windows looked out on a fire escape shaft which meant it was very quiet - it suited us but may not suit everyone so enquire when booking. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful with local knowledge. I can see why this is so highly rated on Trip Advisor.

Fantastic location, away from the huge crowds and hectic noise, some good local eateries within 2 minutes walk but 10 minute walk to the key attractions and 15 minute wal to the various big eating districts

Nice hotel, good position, very friendly staff. Bed was a bit soft but that is my only complaint

This hotel is immaculately clean and everything appears to be brand new. The room was spacious, the bathroom was top quality and bed extremely comfortable. The staff were cordial and professional. It lacks character and feels more designed for business travel than leisure. The area itself is completely under construction and you are surrounded by large construction sites, which is not a fault of the hotel, but something to consider when booking in this area. Overall great value for the price.

We had 4 nights stopover in Istanbul and the staff was super helpful to plan our last minute adventures, like sunset cruise, private guides, private transfers and recommendations for dining and spa. Restaurants staff, resection and housekeeping all friendly and helpful. Thanks to them we got to see what Istanbul had to offer in such a short time.

Front desk was always accomadating. Bless the cleaner and front staff Moustafa, rooms was so beautiful luxurious, esp the bathroom. Its kind of saltana vibes, loved it, close to everything. Good spot.

The hotel had a great boutique vibe. It was in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The King Size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Great value….Recommend it highly

Central location to key sights but located in a quiet street. Spotlessly clean with very helpful and courteous staff made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast!

Good hotel with great access to tram into all the tourist sites. The manager Sam was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable about Istanbul. Local shops and cafe close to hotel. Great value and would stay again. Couple travelling in their sixties

Wonderful, authentic Turkish Hotel in the center of everything. Hotel was clean, very comfortable with all modern conveniences. Staff were always available, friendly and very helpful. Restaurants and shops and tram all a very short walk away. Would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Our group comprising 3 couples, was greeted by Ramazan, who was able to organise our rooms very promptly and close together. We were then given a refreshing drink while he used a local map to indicate the hotel's location and the nearby scenic and historical sites. Zumre, the bubbly and friendly customer relations officer offered her assistance to organise tours, transfers and eating reservations. Both staff members were wonderful and added to our experience. Great hotel, great location, great amenities Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour
