Fabulous Rental - feels like home!
I absolutely recommend this property without reservation. I cannot say enough good things about it, starting with the host (Margalida’s) amazingly friendly demeanor. Margalida met us at the house to welcome us and show us all the fun features of this modern home. She was incredibly responsive and provided recommendations on places to eat, sightsee, and shop, as well as where to rent a car and the best traditional foods to order. I contacted her every day with different questions about the area and the house and she responded each time in less than 30 minutes - more often it was an immediate response. The house is amazing! Large with an open plan, it has plenty of private space for each person in your group and comfortable large accommodations. Each of the bedrooms is a legitimate bedroom - not a subdivided room with a couple of beds shoved in. Each room has its own bathroom. The house is was very clean and well kept up. The linens are luxurious and there are bathrobes for everyone if you want! The beach is mere steps from the house and there is a lovely promenade along the water with several small places you can grab a drink. Grocery shopping is a 3 minute walk. The kitchen was great to cook in and we also grilled out on the nice grill. The location is great in Palma and we were able to reach the furthest points of the islands in less than an hours drive. When we come back to Mallorca we will definitely rent this home again. Thanks Margalida!

Wonderful Hikiday
Just back from a fantastic stay. Hosts were nothing short of excellent - just could not have been more helpful pre/whilst at the Villa. The Villa is exactly as described & wears its c10 year build well. Literally all we needed & more was there with the well situated pool table a winner for the younger crowd who made great use of it! There’s nothing to fault with the accommodation at all. Location being 2’ equidistant from x2 supermarkets & beach was tremendous. Beach front bars for a quick pre-dinner sundowner were veey limited if that’s what youre looking for so was great the covered terrace & pool area could accommodate an easy wind down in comfort as an alternative.. Pool was flawlessly clean & a good size for our needs as a party of x8. All in all a great venue for a family/friends week away in the sun with every home comfort you could want. Hosts again - fantastic - thank you Margalida!

Amazing owner
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Owners: very responsive and helpful with everything. Made sure we enjoyed our stay and answered all questions promptly Kitchen: very well equipped, great terrasse, grocery store near, many restaurant options Toys: wow … pool table, ping pong, music, gaming room…. Considering we had many teenagers a huge olus. Bikes for everybody was an incredible feature and we could all go to Palma or near destinations. Location: great to go around Mallorca never far for day trips. More of a modern house so not as « tipico » but amenities compensate. Only caveat…. Not anybody’s fault but the immediate neighbour is under construction so can be loud in the morning…. Owner was so nice that they sent us a paella to compensate. Great stay. Highly recommend

Perfect villa for a group holiday
Communication with the owners was 5* and they attended to our every need. From the welcome, to advising and recommending restaurants and organising taxis, they couldn’t do enough for us. Great location close to a beach and local shops. We will certainly return.

All expectations surpassed when staying at this spectacular villa.
Excellent communication throughout. On arrival a very warm welcome and the Villa exceeded our expectations. Extremely well equipped with so many extras and immaculate. The Owner was incredibly responsive to all our questions whether about the Villa or about a variety of questions about Palma/ Majorca etc. The visit was truly memorable.

Godt ophold i oktober
Super fint sted. Da vi kom, fik vi frugt, vand og rundvisning af ejerne. Poolen var dejlig varm, og alt spillede bare. Huset er veludstyret på alle måder. Fedt lige at kunne tage en cykel og stå midt i Palma efter 4 km på cykel. Værterne var meget opmærksomme på om alt var i orden. Så super fin oplevelse

Great space for family holidat
The villa is a fantastic space for families and immaculately clean. There was plenty of space for 8 of us to enjoy the downstairs space. The bbq was plenty big enough to cook for the 8 of us. The bikes were great for a ride to beautiful Palma and Can Pastille. The pool table was appreciated and used lots. We paid for the pool to be heated which was well worth the money, it was beautifully warm and we used it everyday and some evenings too. Margalida was always on hand to answer any questions quickly before and during our stay. The beach was only a 1 minute walk and the supermarkets were less than 5. Although most restaurants were shut during our stay the ‘Home made burger’ restaurant was a big hit with everyone. All in all a great stay :)

White Glove Service!
From the moment we walked into the house we were in awe! We were met with an array of modern amenities and comfort. Our host made sure we understood how everything worked and even left us a wonderful welcome gift of fruit, champagne and a cake! Everything was spic and span including the gleaming pool. The beach is steps away with many restaurants and bars to chose from. Each was better than the next. The highlight of our trip was the dinner at Fernandos (recommended by Margalidqa!) We were comfortable and living in the lap of luxury. We hope to come back soon!

Mis sold listing. Very dated Villa. Inaccurate photos. Barbed wire fence around the garden.
We spent the money on this villa but we didn’t even stay in it. We checked in but couldn’t stay. The images/photos were clearly taken when the property was first built as non of the photos were representative of the state of the property and the furnishings. Everything was tatty and very tired. We were so disappointed. A total waste of money. The garden is surrounded by barbed wire, the views are awful and full of graffiti. It was awful. The bedrooms were more like student digs not bedrooms you'd expect in a well maintained luxury villa (stained yellowing white curtains, old bedding, a very broken mirror in one of the bathrooms, old bathrooms). I had rented this house to take my husband and some of our friends for his birthday weekend. It was a total disappointment. We stayed elsewhere in the end. We left without staying as it felt grubby and I felt the barbed wire, surrounded by abandoned/derelict building plots, the need to put on the burglar alarm every time we left the property etc made us feel very unsafe. The owners were very nice but couldn’t understand our concerns, as they said that was what Spain/Mallorca was like (not my view of most of Spain at all). They agreed to waive the extra fees e.g cleaning and pool heating; however we had already spent thousands. We didn’t feel we couldn’t stay there. A total waste of money!

We are going to answer one by one all the statements concerning this comment, as they do not reflect the demonstrable reality and which annoys us very much: - It was of their own free will not to stay and they knew perfectly well the cancellation policy regarding money specified in the Homeaway platform. - The images of the Villa were taken by a great professional photographer, as shown on the invoice from 06/19/2018 of “Kamal Photography”, therefore a year and a half ago, and the house has been promoted since 2011, that is, for 10 years. - Every year we renew part of the furniture or facilities, investing in continuous improvement. This year it was the garden’s turn: we changed the entire wooden floor, more than 100 m2, we installed a new changing room with a bathroom by the pool, and we bought a Caribbean style palapa. - The garden has an iron fence at the top to prevent the access from outdoos , like any individual Villa. The views are to a 36,000m2 public and fenced park and to the sea. Nearby, there is a torrent and there are some graffiti painted, as in many places in the world. Damaging the public facilities is forbidden by law, but it does not mean that these people are dangerous. - The plot on one side is not built and on the other, there is a house which does not depend on us. An empty lot does not mean abandoned, in this case, as we see it, it is perfectly clean. - Setting the alarm when leaving a luxury house is the most common action in the world, it is for the safety of everyone’s belongings and facilities. - The bedrooms keep the habitability measures that regulate urban planning regulations for any house for residential use, of course they are not the same as those of a hotel that regulates other different ones. - The curtains were renewed last year, their color is certainly yellow, the sheets are cotton and we replace them very often, as they are used frequently. - It is true that a mirror was broken, we did not receive the new one in time and it has already been replaced. We must take into account that the house has 7 bathrooms and 600 built in m2, some damage can easily be found somewhere. - We do not understand how you could have been disappointed, as we have been renting the house for 10 years. Our service is backed up by 100 5-star comments where no complaints can be found at all. We strive day after day, year after year to improve the facilities and try to offer all kinds of attention to our clients who are treated as friends, as they immediately notice that they are well received. - After their decision to leave, The Villa was not rented in the entire week, as we told them that if they changed their minds it would be available for them and they would be well received, but they did not return. - Finally, we must emphasize that world travelers know that each place has its own singularities and some common ones. Some people may be the lucky ones and come from a place where they leave their cars and their houses open and also enjoy luxuries that not all mortals have.

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Host and Fantastic Area!!!!!
Upon arrival Margalida and Manel were at the Villa to greet us and show us how everything worked and give us a guided tour, this was very helpful and lead to a stress free holiday. As you can see from the pictures, the Villa is superb and comes equipped with everything you need and more, plus it is so close to the beach in one direction and to the supermarket in the other direction. The bikes provided at the villa are great, the bike path that runs all the way to Palma is a beautiful ride. The area has a number of excellent restaurants right next to the beach, everything in the local area is very relaxing, the local people are so friendly and are just another addition to this fantastic holiday location. We will most definitely be coming again.

Incredible Villa and location!!!
This villa has it all, very spacious and modern with fantastic facilities for both adults and children. The location is perfect, a short walk to 2 supermarkets, a stones throw to the beach and the villas bikes were a real plus for us to cycle into Palma. Margalida was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble. We all had a superb holiday and would love to come back again.

Excellent family holiday
We chose this property because of its location to the beach and Palma, and the amenities. We were not disappointed, the house was large enough for our group of adults and teens, providing a lot of entertainment. Everyone used the bikes to go to the beach and Palma, we played a lot of pool and ping pong, and overall had a fabulous time. Margalida was lovely from start to finish, recommending restaurants and sailing options. We were all very happy and hope to return!

Luxurious attention to detail
This luxurious villa exceeded our expectation with exceptional attention to detail. Anything we needed was dealt with immediately. We are a family of 8 including 2 young children & after some initial ‘baby proofing’, moving ornaments out of reach etc, the living area is spacious & perfect for playing & partying. Margalida even arranged additional cleaning & catering to ensure we could completely relax. The proximity to Palma, Portixol, clean beaches & supermarkets was exactly right so we were just a stroll away from the best restaurants & shopping without feeling the area was too touristy or noisy. There’s also a beautiful walk in the opposite direction towards Arenal. I recommend you pay the additional fee to heat the pool when offered as we used it day & night. The beds, pillows, linen & towels are top quality & super comfortable & the well equipped kitchen is a joy to prepare food in. We were all sad to leave & very keen to return.

Great property, great location 5 star
We stayed here as a group of 12 adults for my husbands 50th birthday celebrations. The house was just perfect, great accommodation with bathrooms for everyone which was a priority. The pool room upstairs was great and I can honestly say I don't think we have ever stayed in such a well equipped house. The bikes were a great addition for cycling into Palma. The host Margalida went out of her way to organise a birthday cake, beers and prosecco for our arrival. All in all a great trip would highly recommend and hope to go again some time. Thank you :)

Perfect Family Holiday
Have you ever watched 'Grand Designs' and wondered what it would be like to live in one of those houses well now I can tell you. Margalida met us on arrival and was so welcoming, we were shown all over the property and the men were very impressed with the touch control panel that runs all the electronics. The kitchen was a dream and two fresh fruit platters and cakes were just what we needed after our journey. There was beer and soft drinks in the fridge and a store room with lots of dry goods. We were a party of 10 adults and a teenager and there was more than enough room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and how I would love a dressing room the size of the one in the main suite. The heated pool was as big as many hotels and even though we had rain at some stage every day we all managed our pool time. The window from the pool to the games room produced some unusual holiday snaps. The area is flat and everyone cycled as far as Palma along the bike path. There were sufficient bars and restaurants open to suit all tastes and we also made use of the BBQ at the property. The holiday was to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday and it was something that none of us will ever forget. We feel privileged to have spent our family celebration in such a stunning place.

Superb villa for a large (or small if you want a lot of space!) family holiday for every generation.
Four generations of our family had a wonderful week at villa marina cristal. Margalida (owner) was very helpful - even responding to a request for the football World Cup channel very quickly! The pool was large enough for all 11 of us to play in. We had requested it be heated as we had a baby, toddlers and a 5 year old - actually to be honest all the adults appreciated it too. We enjoyed large family BBQs on the terrace and ate breakfast there every day too. There is a large dining table indoors too but we preferred to eat outdoors. The whole villa is very well appointed and I'm sure anybody lucky enough to stay here will have an equally enjoyable holiday. All our family would highly recommend it.

Stunning Villa in the Perfect Location !!
We were a party of 11 staying in late June 2018. We had a wonderful time, aided by Margalida and Miguel, who were always available to help with any queries. We arrived to a wonderful assortment of fruits, bread and drinks and there was sufficient coffee for the week !! We used the large selection of bicycles to ride into Palma and also east towards Arenal. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by and there are also two or three supermarkets within 250m or so. The villa is stunning and provided everything we could have wished for - thank you Margalida and Miguel for a perfect holiday !!

Stunning property - ideal location we had an amazing family holiday!
The villa is stunning with an impressive contemporary interior and all of the amenities you could ever need for a family holiday. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach and restaurants and an equally short walk to the supermarkets. No car required. Ferien mit 12 Personen
Die Villa war Ideal für uns als grosse 12er Gruppe. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nahe am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Margalida hat bei der Ankuft alles genau erklärt und zusätzlich ein Willkommensgeschenk vorbereitet. Bei Fragen war sie immer und sofort für uns da. Die Villa sah aus wie auf den Fotos, man merk ein bisschen, das Sie beansprucht wurde. Kleinigkeiten bei den Küchenmöbel. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und würden dies sofort wieder hier buchen.

Top Haus
Wir waren mit 6 Paaren in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Strand und Supermarkt sind fussläufig in max. 200 Meter entfernt und im Keller gab es ausreichend Fahrräder. Da das Wetter leider nicht erwartet war, konnten wir für 50 Euro pro Tag den Pool zuheizen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Beschreibung und das Haus war in einem guten Zustand.

Einfach WOW
Wir waren mit 6 Personen zu Gast bei Margalida und Manel um für uns die Golfsaison zu eröffnen. Schon bevor wir angekommen sind, war die Kommunikation super mit Margalida und die Vorfreude stieg immer mehr. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns über die Goodies im Kühlschrank und in der Küche sehr gefreut. Das Haus hat nicht nur alles was man braucht, es hat mehr als man braucht. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und die Lage ist wirklich super. Strand, Supermärkte um die Ecke. Mit den mehr als reichlich vorhandenen Fahrrädern in der Garage sind wir auch nach Palma in die City geradelt. Das war klasse. Für Golfer ist die Lage auch spitze. Mit dem Auto sind sehr viele Plätze in nur 15-25 min Fahrt erreichbar. Die Villa ist Top ausgestattet (beheizter Pool, Billiard, Grosser TV, grosser Gilll draussen, super Küche inkl. Küchengeräte, Nespressomaschine inkl. Kapseln, Bademäntel, Disco/Playstation im Keller, Bluetooth Musikanlage) und es fehlt an nichts. (Wenn was wäre, ist Margalida einfach per WhatsApp erreichbar.) Sogar die Bratpfannen waren wie neu und wir haben gerne dort gekocht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich. Ein Schlafzimmer ist im Keller und somit etwas weniger schön als die anderen. Insgesamt haben wir phantastische Tage dort verbracht und sollten wir wieder nach Mallorca kommen, kommen wir auch gerne wieder in dieses wundervolle Haus mit diesen wunderbaren Gastgebern. Wonderful place!
We had wonderful days at the house. Even with snow, yes...unbelievable but true story, we could swim in the warm pool and had all amenities you can imagine. Thanks to Margalida for the perfect communication, the very warm welcome and having us as your guests. I guess it’s more fun if you enjoy the house & all the extras without small kids, maybe as a group, but still with a family it was a perfect fit for us! Very close to the beach, grocery a footstep away, Palma very close, we loved it! Muchas gracias Margalida & Manel.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für die gesamte Familie
Dieses Haus bietet alles, was das Herz in einem Familienurlaub begehrt! Die Lage ist perfekt…, Palma sowie die Playa de Palma sind fußläufig und auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand ist um die Ecke! Besonders der Empfang von Margalida und ihrem Ehemann ist zu erwähnen… großartig! Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt und eine Apfeltarte stand auch bereit😊 Wir haben uns die gesamte Woche rundum wohl gefühlt👍👍👍

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren mit zwei Familien vor Ort und es war alles perfekt, sehr großzügig, herzlich und für jede Altersklasse etwas dabei, wie Pool, Billardtisch, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Fahrräder und so weiter. Für die Kleinen war das Kino Zimmer sicher der Höhepunkt… vielen Dank an die Vermieter

Magic stay in a fantastic house
This is definitely the best villa we have ever rented. Superior design, spacious, nice furniture, good surroundings and with all the conveniences you could wish for. The reality was even better then the pictures. The owners were extremely service minded. Both when booking and even letting us see the villa before, helped us with catering services and immediately fixed things when we contacted them. The house has a lovely location near the beach, nice restaurants and supermarkets and with only 20 minutes bicycling along the beach into Palma city center. All of our friends who stayed with us in the house were overwhelmed of the stay and the 50-years celebration couldn't have been more successful. Thank you Margalida, we will definitely come back!

Mallorca die 3.
Wir wollten 2020 zum 40 jährigen unserer Studiengruppe eine Reise nach Mallorca machen und hatten das schöne Haus von Margalida und Manel gefunden. Kurz vor unserer Reise, der erste Lockdown. Zum Stornieren war es zu spät, deshalb haben wir Magalida gebeten unsere Reise um ein Jahr zu verschieben. Ihr Kommentar, no problem. 2021 die gleiche Situation, auch hier kam Magalida uns sofort entgegen und 2022 konnten wir nun endlich unsere Reise starten. Wir wurden so herzlich trotz aller Umstände von den beiden im Haus empfangen. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Köstlichkeiten. Dann wurde uns das Haus vorgestellt mit seinen wunderschönen Zimmern, beheiztem Swimmingpool und den "Sportmöglichkeiten" des Hauses, von Tischfußball über Billard und einer Vielzahl von Fahrrädern, die wir gerne genutzt haben um Ausflüge nach Palma zum Sightseeing oder Einkauf auf dem Markt zu machen. Manel hat uns dann noch im Souterrain ganz stolz die Disco und im Wohnzimmer die Musikanlage vorgeführt, die wir auch gerne genutzt haben. Es ist wirklich ein traumhaftes Haus auf das die beiden zu Recht stolz sein können. Zu guter Letzt haben sie uns noch zum Paella essen eingeladen, da die Hälfte der Gruppe wegen Krankheit und Isolation nicht mitfahren konnte. Trotz schlechtem Wetter haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verlebt und werden gerne nochmal wieder ihre Gäste sein. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Wir sagen "Danke schön" und gerne wieder
Mitte Februar waren wir auf Mallorca und haben mit dieser Unterkunft die richtige Wahl getroffen, eine unbeschwerte schöne Zeit nahe der Altstadt von Palma und nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand an der Platja de Palma zu verbringen. Unser Domizil ließ keine Wünsche offen und überraschte uns neben ausreichend Platz mit Annehmlichkeiten wie Fahrrädern zur freien Nutzung oder zwei Supermärkten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Villa. Ebenso genossen wir etwas Luxus wie den beheizbaren Pool, Pool-Billiard, einen Weber Gasgrill oder die Whirlpool Badewanne sowie Bademänteln für alle. Abgerundet wurden diese wunderschönen Tage durch die gastfreundliche, hilfsbereite Art unserer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wenn wir nochmals mit unseren Freunden und der Familie eine Villa brauchen, diese sofort buchen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich für die wunderschöne Zeit vor Ort.

Awesome Villa and excellent service
We were 12 people (age 24-33) enjoying a week in this outstanding villa. As it can be seen on the pictures, the rooms are huge and provide enough space for everyone. We expected to spend more time at the beach or in the city, but as the villa was so well equipped with table tennis, billard, soccer table, piano etc. we spent almost the whole time in the house or at the pool. Furthermore, the service by Margalida and Manel was more than perfect. We were welcomed with handmade special meals and sweets from Mallorca, bottles of Cava and a huge plate of fresh fruits. Since every guest is kindly asked to leave their leftovers (spices, oils, liquor, etc.) in the house when leaving, there's almost everything you need in the kitchen to prepare any kind of meals and drinks. We definitely consider to book that villa again and can recommend it to any kind of groups of friends and families.

Great holidays with family
We were 2 families with children aged 9-12. The care and service of the owner was top. We found 2 small defects, which were immediately repaired. The property is very well equipped, clean and great for families. Bikes for everyone (they bought additional children's bikes especially for us), pool, table tennis, gamezone etc.. Simply great. We will be back.

Perfekter Aufenthalt bei herzlichen Gastgebern
Diese Luxusvilla gehört definitiv zu unseren Lieblingsunterkünften. Sie ist für jedermann geeignet. Es ist alles in reichlicher Anzahl vorhanden, was man benötigt. Gerade gab es nochmal 4 zusätzliche neu Fahrräder. Wir genießen jedesmal die 10 minütige Fahrradtour zur Kathedrale von Palma am Meer entlang. Keine Parkplatzprobleme! Man findet auch viele Rückzugsorte, sollte man mal etwas Me-Time benötigen, wie unsere Teenager. WLAN ist top! Liebe Margalida, lieber Manel, Ihr seid zwei der herzlichsten Gastgeber, die wir bisher kennengelernt haben. Wunderschöne Villa in Palma
Es war wirklich ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa mit super Lage in Palma. Die Gastgeber sind mega nett, wir wurden mit Sekt und frischen Obst empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und super ausgestattet. Sowohl für die Erwachsenen als auch die Kleinkinder war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen bald wiede.

Fabulous villa and service !
We were a company of 11 people (family and friends) spending one week in this fantastic villa. It is located 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes to a nice grocery shop, a nice 20-minute bike ride to Palma center. Everything was thought of in this villa - all from planning of the rooms, IT, TV, speakers, terrace under roof, barbeque and a great pool area - this in combination with the service level (beyond any expectation) given by Margalida and Manel - this is an amazing stay in Palma! Will be happy to go back soon!

Nicht zu toppen
Wir (5 Personen) verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche in Margalidas Villa. Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt dort und sicherlich nicht der letzte. Der Emfang durch Margalida und Manel war wie gehabt sehr warmherzig, der Kühlschrank mit Schampus und Leckereien gefüllt. Die Villa bietet alles was man braucht und mehr. Die Lage ist perfekt. Im Sommer fangen sie Planungen für unseren Winterurlaub 2020 an und die Villa ist darin fester Bestandteil.

Großes, komfortables Feriendomizil mit kompletter Ausstattung
Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub mit Freunden oder Familien benötigt. Das Raumangebot ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung umfangreich und komplett, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, nur 2 Minuten zum Strand und in wenigen Minuten nach Palma. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der nette Kontakt und Empfang mit bzw. durch die Eigentümer.

Une maison d'exception
La maison est impressionnante, tout est de qualité, d’une propreté irréprochable et le décor magnifique, encore plus beau que sur les photos, c’est simple il ne manque rien. Vous serez accueilli par la propriétaire qui est fort aimable et vous fait vous sentir chez vous. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu’elle soit idéalement située : 10 minutes de Palma Centre ainsi que de l’aéroport. Les magasins et restaurants sont à proximité, vous pouvez y aller à pied. La mer est au bout de la rue à 50 mètres, le bonheur. Nous reviendrons

Tolles Haus in toller Lage
Haus ist sehr modern, voller Technik und mit vielen Extras. Man wird sehr nett von den Hausherren empfangen und man bekommt viele hilfreiche tipps! Waren mit insgesamt 11 Leuten in dem Haus und der Platz war völlig ausreichend! Werden dieses Haus nächstes Jahr wahrscheinlich wieder buchen...
