Excellent stay in this apartment. A few steps from beach. Very nice communal pool that you sometimes have all to your self. No real negatives to report. Thanks and i would stay again for sure.

Perfect Spot for two! Clean, simple, good pool and fabulous location!

We can recommend this apartment, it's spotlessly clean and simple, no frills, like the photos. It has everything that we needed. Balcony is great to sit on in the evenings, air con is handy. Pool is spotlessly clean and nicer than in the photos we always had it to ourselves. Best feature is the flat's location - literally 3 mins to the beach and port, shops and restaurants. Great value for money! Sometimes parking was difficult but we always found a place in the end. Info about key collection - not very clear!!

Cycling Holiday March 2024

We rented the apartment for one week at the end of March 2024 for a cycling holiday in the area. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we needed for our stay, including a washing machine which was invaluable for washing our kit after a long day. The apartment was about 100m from where we rented our bikes from and another 100m from a great bar as well as being 5 minutes walk from the supermarket so it's in a great location, more towards the quieter end of Pollensa from where the majority of the busy restaurants were which was ideal for us and beachwise it's about 150m away and again quieter and away from the family end, again ideal for us. In summary this was an ideal location, the apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy and well presented for when we arrived.
