I found this hotel to be very tired and in need of a lot of work. The day I arrived the only elevator they had was broken, 2 days later when I was leaving, it was still broken. My room smelled of mold which was very concerning, I spoke with the guys at reception and they gave me another room on a higher floor which was better (first time I have ever asked a hotel for a room change, so it was that bad). The hotel was dark and dingy and not very clean. The breakfast buffet was average, nothing special. The staff were kind and helpful and the location as great. However, it was hardly a 2 star in my opinion. I couldn't wait to leave.

Our stay at the hotel definitely surpassed our expectations. Very modern interior with an amazing location. From the moment we stepped into the hotel the staff greeted us with open arms. Every want and need the staff made sure it was taken care of. I would like to make sure members of the staff are recognized for their outstanding service. From Mario, who take care of us prior to arrival and our checkin/ room and hotel amenities to Javiar , the Chef who made sure the food was 5 star level. From Angel to Ibrahima for cooking the amazing meat in the restaurant to Rosa for taking care of us at our table. Big thank you to Jose for everything at the restaurant and hotel service. Jose definitely made sure we and every guest was comfortable and enjoying their time. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wants the perfect location with an amazing staff that treats you like a star.

Great Stay!
Really great stay with everything from check-in to check-out unfaulted. Lovely pool and amenities. Room is a bit old fashioned but with the location not a problem.

Swimming pool much too cold
Great location, very clean, lovely rooms, most of the staff were very helpful, good choice for breakfast. The only thing that let’s this hotel down is the very cold swimming pool. The pool area is busy when the sun is shining overhead, but when it goes into shade in the early evening it’s deserted because it’s too cold to swim in. If the pool was heated guests would stay around the pool area and carry on using the nice pool bar.

Would go back
Amazing location right on the beach. Most of the people who stay here are older German folks. So if you’re looking for a rowdy resort this probably isn’t it. The front desk people were super nice and helpful. The breakfast spread is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Good but not great
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, we felt the facilities were a tad dated. The bed and linens were pretty uncomfortable, our room smelled a bit moldy, and the grounds were not as impressive as the photos made them look. Also, although it’s advertised as an adults-only resort, the beach accessible by staying there must be a public beach as there were tons of small children with families attending the beach each day.

Great place!!
Amazing trip! Great views and very healthy and hearty breakfast buffet Lovely pool as well. Less than a minute to the beautiful Cala D’Or with the hotels own private entrance. The staff are super helpful and assisted us with our parking queries. Only issue our room was above the communal toilets so we could hear the hand dryers and door creaking. That didn't bother us majorly but should he something the staff should look into.

Amazing stay at Tui Blue Rocador
Everything about this hotel is excellent. Very helpful and polite staff from reception, breakfast area, cleaners they always smile and greet you especially in the morning. The food is brilliant - lots of choices and they are very nice, they even provide vegan and healthy drinks and smoothies. The hotel is just few metres walk to the beautiful beach.

This hotel is very nice and convenient. Its just steps from a beautiful beach, as well as numerous restaurants and bars. The staff is great, and there are lots of areas to lounge around the property. We didn’t have dinner there, but the breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. A fantastic choice in Cala D’Or!

Great Location - 70's Hotel
The beach side loction and the nearness to town and the marina for evening strolls saved this hotel. The bedrooms are out dated as is the outside decks chairs etc. The internal pool is dated and dirty (poo on the shower floors). Breakfast room and food ok but the coffee machines were poor quality. We were there for 1 week at easter and the outside pool was freezing so even our daughter did not use much and would benefit from some out of full season heat. We would have been very uset to be here for two weeks

Fint hotell, og fint basseng. Noen solsenger på plenene uten parasoll, og folk reserverte solsenger med håndklær før frokost. Men nok solsenger på baksiden ved bassenget uansett. Lett tilgang til sjøen. Nydelig vann. Forferdelig mat i poolbaren, og alt for dyrt ut i fra hva vi fikk servert. Bestilte pastasalat, og fikk kokt pasta med crabsticks og mais. Ingen dressing eller noe. Det hadde skjedd en feil med bookingen via hotels, og hotellet fant ikke reservasjonen, men de var veldig høflig og serviceinnstilt, så alt ble ordnet morgenen etter (flaks at hotellet ikke var fullbooket). Helt ok mat i middagsbuffet, og frokostbuffet. Som forventet av hotellbuffet. Totalt sett veldig fint opphold. Kan gjerne dra tilbake. Også veldig hyggelig sentrum, som ligger rett utenfor hotellet. Mange gode restauranter.

Veldig bra hotell. Sengene litt korte , bare 190cm, men hadde ellers god komfort. Lange ganger hvor det i begynnelsen var vanskelig å orientere seg. Kunne ha vært merket bedre. Kun en LITEN heis som var beregnet på Max 4 personer, så det ble lang ventetid for de som ikke kunne gå trapper. Ikke lett å få parkert dersom man har leiebil. Meget god mat og utmerket service av personell. Flott beliggenhet. Rolig sted, adults only. Kan anbefales på det varmeste

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt am Strand gelegen und nachts recht ruhig (kein Hundegebell oder Turboparty nebenan. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig sortiert und wird in 2 Restaurants angeboten. Allerdings muss man am Kaffeeautomat warten wollen oder den Filterkaffee nehmen. Geschmacklich sind die Speisen gut, aber nicht erste Sahne. Das Personal tritt sehr freundlich und natürlich auf und ist hilfbereit. Das Bett war leider nur 1,90m lang, was wohl spanischer Standard ist, aber unserer Meinung nach, nicht europäischer. Schade, das hat zu weniger Schlaf als gewünscht geführt. Die Reinigung des Zimmers hätte gründlicher durchgeführt werden können. Das Bett war manchmal etwas schludrig gemacht und der Boden eher mal nicht gesaugt oder gar gewischt. Das hat uns zwar nicht sehr gestört, es ist aber doch aufgefallen und erwähnenswert bei die dieser Hotelkategorie.

Hotel direkt am Strand mit separatem Zugang. Liegen am Pool ausreichend vorhanden. Auf der Chill Out Area (Wiese) sind die Liegen leider ab morgens von den Hotelgästen reserviert. Keine Chance ab 9 Uhr eine zu bekommen. Handtücher am Pool kostenlos erhältlich. Essen unglaublich gut. Riesen Auswahl, sogar Vegan und Vegetarisch wird angeboten. Alles Frisch und wird ständig aufgefüllt. Personal sehr herzlich, auf Zack und immer gut gelaunt. Man fühlt sich jederzeit wilkommen und gut aufgehoben. Einfach nur schön. Besonders Jose, der Restaurantleiter, ist sehr herzlich und kümmert sich um alles. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Ganz toll. Muchas Gracias!! Das ist wirklich ganz Besonders. Service hervorragend. Auch Anastasia ist immer mit einem Lächeln dabei. Macht einfach nur Spaß hier.

Rene og fine rom. Hyggelig personale. Kort vei til strand og flott med strand/basseng håndkle. FInt bassengområde og tilgang til solsenger. Greit å finne parkeringsplass. Ganske stort hotell-kompleks og mye folk. Det stod at det ikke var tillatt å reservere solsenger, men dette ble ikke overholdt. Gjester hadde lagt ut sine håndkle tidlig på morgenen uten at de var ved sengene.
