Park yourself at the Santa Ponsa Park
We have stayed at both the sister Globales hotels before but found this the slightly better of the three, only slightly better as all three are excellent. The staff are helpful and polite and can't do enough for you. Rooms are large, spotlessly clean. There are activities arranged throughout the day if you want to join in or just watch and the evenings are covered as well. There is always plenty to eat at meal times with a good choice, well cooked and presented. The sweets are wonderful!

Ask a room with seaview
We went for our Honeymoon for a long week. Check in was easy and quick. We got our double room on a 4th floor with a seaview. Well, it was not a double room actually. We got 2 single beds put together (not even zipped together so when we tried to sleep on it, it always fall apart) but we did not want to complain or change the room as anything else was ok, we tried to sleep on one bed which was tidy a bit. Clean, nice bathroom with a good pressure in the shower. Food was excellent, we never felt hungry as they provided so many choices. Restaurant and a Bar staff was a bit uncare of the guests (which I do understand why. So many really rude and unpatient guests were around them.

Generally the hotel was OK, we did the all inclusive option and the food and drinks were alright. Wasn't impressed with the housekeeping and toiletries provided. We asked for more shower gels and we were very embarrassed when they kept saying we already put 2 in your bathroom. This happened twice. I can have several showers as many times as I want, especially after sandy beach days or pool times. This so-called 4 star hotel should not be rationing petty toiletries like shower gels. They practically almost made us beg for it. Another issue with the hotel is that most of the staff have very poor English and we had to sign language a lot. It is a tourist area and tourist hotel with lots of English-speaking clientele, and you'd expect that they would cater for that.

on arrival find out not staying in booked hotel is dissapointing not been told by hotels.com which left no chance to change is bad policy by hotels.com and other travel agents felt slightly conned will be more wary in future bookings mr mrs john tedesco

Hotel closed for refurb
Arrived at destination at 2.30am to find hotel closed and under refurb no instructions where to go and no info from Expedia. Eventually found partner hotel but three adults had to share a room suitable for two, husband had to help move bed into room.

Clean , newly decorated warm and welcoming
Great service , staff were polite and friendly , hotel is newly decorated and I couldn't fault it in anyway esp the price I payed vs value for money , my only concern would be what type of Brit will it attract who would spoil it in the busy season, with this and its location it could become noisy but not something the hotel can prevent, so as long as the larger louts stay away it's a good place to stay, close to the beach and lil town and the food was your standard all inclusive type but it was clean everywhere and nicely presented, thanks to all the staff who made effort for us to have a nice long weekend

There are 3hotels very close to one another all owned by the same people. We found the hotel in general very clean, all staff helpful, polite,and efficient . Rooms have balconies, tv, hair dryer , safe (extra) large wardrobe with ample hangers, draws, telephone, one chair. Our room had a bath with shower over the bath. Clean towels every day if required. 3single beds (2put together) one mattress sank in the middle. 2pools, small child's pool , jacuzzi , indoor pool only open if it rains or weather cold. Sauna , very disappointed opening times 7.30-9.30AM yes 7.30-9.30AM bingo every night (one book) children's entertainment about one hour in the evening . entertainment brought in was great, very good singers wasn't keen on the entertainment put on by the animation team in the evening. The bar is open from 10.00am to 12.00pm they only have one maximum two bar staff at any one time so queues form, only allowed 3drinks per person The one main problem that apparently has only come into force is you can only get drinks in the hotel you are staying in (different colour arm bands) so bingo is only in one hotel so you have to keep coming back to get drinks if you are staying in the other one that includes tea and coffee . FOOD heard a lot of complaints, mainly the food that was SUPOSE to be hot was not. Couple of days there was smoked salmon large prawns so the cold food was great. 2 soups every day,

Great location.
Can not really complain about the hotel staff, room or location. Unfortunately had my prescription Boss sunglasses stolen by the pool area. As they were no use to the anyone else, they were left back on the life guards seat. They were back in my hands within a couple of hours. The manager and his team were brilliant and handled this matter professionally.

Room: no kettle, no mini bar, Wifi not free anywhere and always poor signal. Breakfast beautiful, all other food below average. Our drinks were fine ( as not all inclus) but all in drinks are from separate machines! When Services were not the same as advertised, manager told me to complain to travel company, as was not his problem. Other than management, staff were wonderful.

Went to the above hotel for a mini break .... Everything was fine - certainly good value for money; food plentiful and plenty of choice. Would go again. This is advertised as a 4* hotel although I would put it at a good 3* but that said all good!

A good average hotel for a good price.
We visited in April, got very lucky with the weather- 20 degrees. The hotel itself was tidy and clean. They were still doing some maintainance work to the hotel, but didnt cause us any trouble. We went all inclusive, which was well worth it because drinks were expensive (€1.95) per small soft drink. The food was basic average food, nothing to remember, but good for the price. Santa Ponsa was a nice seaside coast, not all open in April, but many restaurents, pubs and shops. Bit more family orientated but 10min drive from magalouf if you wanted to let your hair down (taxi approx €10 each way). Would go again in the summer time when everything is open :-).

Good Hotel and its centrally location
Very warm friendly staff in all areas, nothing to much trouble. Good clean hotel, food was good plenty of choice and also drinks very good as well. Evening entertainment was good . Centrally located to beach and shops etc.

Till att börja med får man tydligen inte fri wifi om man har bokat med expedia enligt personalen trots att det står i beskrivningen och ju är ett av kriterierna för att få vara hotell med 4 stjärnor. Istället fick vi använda 1 timme gäst wifi om dagen. Vår son som bokat exakt samma paket fick wifi till bägge i rummet. Ac fungerade inte utan vi fick använda en skrapande takfläkt. Startade vi AC bullrade det så det hördes i korridoren och ingen kyla kom. Vi fick rum på 5:e våningen med utsikt på baksidan av hotellets solpaneler och en massa skräp och cigarettfimpar. Skulle varit utsikt över poolen stod det. Myror på rummet trots att vi inte en enda gång tog upp vare sig mat eller dricka. En av dagarna dukades det fram kaffe och kanelbullar på bardisken och jag gick fram för att ta en kopp kaffe till mig och sambon. När jag sträckte mig hörde jag ett skarpt NO men reflekterade inte direkt över det jag menar jag är ju varken barn eller djur! Då kom en av personalen fram bakom disken och sa högt så att övriga bargästerna också hörde NO this is not for bar, if you want you go out! Med andra ord, min all inklusive dög inte utan jag skulle gå ut i byn och köpa fika. Genant då de andra vid baren tittade på mig. Varför inte sätta upp en skylt att det inte var för gäster utan för reklam eller vad det nu var för. Restaurangen var under all kritik. Smutsiga tallrikar, litet sortiment och rosa kyckling ena dagen. Innepoolen var stängd, spa bortplockat, inget gym ingen poolbar öppen.

Wir haben das Globale Parkhotel Santa Ponsa gebucht. Bei der Ankunft um 22:00 verwies man uns an das Globale Pioner nebenan. Das Abendessen bekamen wir in der Hoteleigenen Pizzeria. Auf Plastiktellern ,die zu klein für die Pizza waren kämpften wir mit Plastikbesteck diese zu schneiden. Auch Wein und Bier wurde im Plastikbecher ausgeschenkt. Für ein 4 * Hotel sehr merkwürdig. Parkplätze sind auch wenige vorhanden für diese große Hotelanlage. Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Hotel ideal para descansar cerca de la playa
Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien, parece renovado recientemente. La comida del bufet un poco repetitiva y poca variedad. Mi hija y yo hemos estado en Abril, que tampoco era temporada alta, a lo mejor era por eso. Lo que no nos gustó demasiado era que había alojados mayores del imserso, en la habitación de al lado tenían la tele a todo volumen tanto a primera como a última hora de la noche cosa que molestaba bastante. Y al deambular por los pasillos de noche hablaban bastante alto. El personal de limpieza muy eficiente aunque quizás también un poco ruidoso en el desempeño de su trabajo. Por lo demás un hotel tranquilo para pasar unos días de descanso y disfrutar de la isla que es una maravilla

Schoon, net en keurig verzorgd hotel.
Santa ponca, een prachtig plaatsje met een heerlijk strand en zee. Mooie omgeving om rond te rijden. Mooie vergezichten en blauw water. Een zeer net en keurig hotel. 4 sterren zeker waard. Prima en vriendelijk personeel. Bij aankomst geholpen door een Nederlandse dame, Charlotte. Vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Palma een prachtige stad. Route langs kust in het noorden zeker een rit waard. Komen zeker nog eens terug.

Für ein paar Tage gutes zentrales Hotel
200 m zum Strand, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, für ein paar Tage ein gutes Hotel, sauber. Zu 80-90% "very british", Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Essen sehr langweilig, jeden Tag das gleiche, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen (wer Wert darauf legt)

Det var den värsta sortens vistelse. Man har rest en hel del men aldrig upplevt så mycket negativa upplevelser på samma hotell vistelse. Rekommenderar inte detta hotellet till någon som vi känner.

El hotel esta muy bien situado
Es un hotel muy bien situado, en una calle tranquila muy cerca de la playa y cercano a la zona de tiendas. Hemos estado 13 dias en agosto y ha sido una estancia muy agradable, el personal del hotel atento y eficiente,tanto los camareros como el equipo de animación, limpiadoras etc. A destacar la limpieza sobre todo en la zona de las piscinas. Como apuntes negativos decir que la habitación nos decepcionó bastante porque tanto los colchones como el cuarto de baño necesitarían un cambio. Respecto al ambiente del hotel comentar que a pesar de que la mayoria de los clientes eran extranjeros y los espectaculos se hacían en inglés, hemos disfrutado mucho durante nuestra estancia pues la oferta de entretenimiento era muy variada. ,

Lo mejor del hotel es su proximidad a la playa, y
El hotel es un cuatro estrellas pero la realidad es que solo las instalaciones comunes las habitaciones son de dos, vuejas, mal conservadas, mala o nula limpieza, y ademas el aire acondicionado solo en la entrada de la misma, el resto tiene un ventilador, y en su publicidad pinen Wifi y solo te dan 30' gratis despues a pagar, en el comedor comida muy repetitiva y yo creo que tienen poco personal lo que hace que las bebidas que se sirven en mesa a veces tarden en servirtelas.El personal de cafeteria muy atento y te sirven con rapidez y amabilidad. Pero sobretodo la situacion del hotel es fabulosa.

Gutes Hotel zur Inselerkundung mit dem Mietwagen
Wir suchten nach einem Hotel zur Erkundung Mallorcas mit dem Mietwagen. Unsere Wahl fiel auf den Ort Santa Ponca durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung und die Nähe zu Palma. Das Hotel sollte in erster Linie als Unterkunft und zur Verpflegung dienen, Aspekte wie Animations- und Sportangebot sowie weitere Extra-Ausstattung waren für uns nicht von Bedeutung. Wir buchten All Inclusive um uns keine weiteren Gedanken z.B. über die abendliche Getränkerechnung machen zu müssen. Der Empfang war freundlich, das Personal mehrsprachig und kompetent, der erste Eindruck vom Hotel sehr gut. Trotz früher Ankunft gegen 10 Uhr konnten wir schon die Hotelanlage und das AI-Angebot nutzen, unser Zimmer stand pünktlich 14 Uhr zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer hatte Balkon, ordentliches Mobiliar und ein sauberes Bad. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich und durch Rollen neigten sie dazu sich etwas zu verschieben. Das Zimmer hatte AC und Ventilator sowie sonnendichte Vorhänge. Der Kleiderschrank war etwas klein und hätte weniger staubig sein können. Der Großteil der Gäste kam von den britischen Inseln - deutsche Urlauber und andere Nationalitäten waren aber auch zu Gast. Das Publikum bestand gleichmäßig aus allen Altersgruppen. Das Essen war sehr britisch orientiert, zwar vielfältig aber wenig abwechslungsreich und unser einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt. Frittierte Speisen sehr fettig und trotzdem nicht cross, Fleisch oftmals zäh, das Gemüse ziemlich weich gekocht. Dafür eine große Salattheke.

Nie wieder Urlaub in diesem Hotel
Wir buchten ein 4 Sterne Hotel- das Hotel Santa Ponsa Park Hotel. Dieses war bei Ankunft geschlossen und so mussten wir im Globales Pionero , einem Schwesterhotel, übernachten. Die Zimmer waren abgewohnt und entsprachen niemals dem Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Das Essen war kalt, unappetitlich und eintönig. Die 10 Parkplätze waren ständig besetzt und es gab für die Öffnung nur eine Fernbedienung an der Rezeption. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Mit uns übernachtete eine Klasse aus England, welche erst in den Nachtstunden aktiv wurde. Die Türen schließen nicht richtig, so dass sie generell einen Spalt von 1 cm offen waren. Einige Zimmer zeigen auf den Hinterhof oder in Richtung eines anderen ( nicht schönen) Hotels in Entfernung von ca. 10 Metern. Alle Gäste können bei geöffneten Vorhängen in das eigene Zimmer schauen.

Camarero zona piscina poco profesional. Las puertas de las habitaciones todas las de la 5 planta les iría bien un poco de engrase. No estaría de más saber en que planta para el ascensor. Un poco más de limpieza en el dormitorio también sería aconsejable.

Hotellet var generelt lidt skuffende...
fHotellet var stort noget gammeldags. Der var ikke gratis Wi-Fi på værelset, der manglede køleskab, så vi måtte nærmest 'tigge' os til isterninger i baren. Værst var dog hotellets nabo.. andet stort hotel med konstant meget højt lamerne diskomusik og karaoke fra 11- til over 23 om nattet. Vi kom for at spille tennis og den kun ene tennis bane til hoteller var i elendig forfatning. Vi kunne godt li byen Santo Ponta og vi gerne tilbage igen...men absolut ikke på dette vil jeg bedømme i samlign med andre hoteller fx fra Thailand..vil gi 3 stjerne. Næste gang sgr vi nok Apartement lidt mere i udkanten af Santa Ponta..med direkte havudsig. Måske kan I anbefale noget. Mvh Michael Pontoppidan Lund

La habitación no pertenece a un hotel de 4*
La limpieza de las habitaciones no era la adecuada, la moqueta de los pasillos olía mal, no a limpio y en alguna ocasión, el personal de recepción de ese dia, no entendía del todo bien el español. Lo único bueno es el desayuno buffet y las actividades.
