Villa Can Mateu is located 2 kms from Inca and 2 km from Binissalem. This spacious house has more than 400 m2 divided into 2 floors. The house has been carefully furnished. Around 2000 mts of garden is the key piece of this property, where there is a large 14x7 mts swimming pool, fruit trees, olive trees, palm trees... The house has a barbecue to enjoy meals with family and friends. Also a ping pong table to play with children.
The ground floor has a living room, with its panoramic television where you can enjoy movies with family. We also have a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. You also have a toilet. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning, also with heat pump. A large balcony where you can observe the pool and garden and in the background spectacular views towards the mountains of Mallorca.
5 minutes by car you can do all your shopping in any supermarket, you can go to restaurants in the nearest towns and in 20 minutes you can go to some beaches in the north of the island such as Alcudia Beach, Muro Beach...
The location of this property is perfect to go around the entire island in just a few minutes. It is the perfect house for your holidays.

For the coldest months, you have heating with a cost of 35€ per day.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Villa und kommen gerne wieder. Einige Infos: Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, alles in Mallorca ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Villa liegt an einer Schnellstraße, das Eingangstor ist aber weit weg vom Haus selbst ist, also nicht störend. Nebenan ist ein Fahrschul-Übungsplatz und man hört ab und an, dass dort etwas Verkehr ist. Ansonsten ist um das Haus absolut NICHTS und man kann laut sein, ohne jemanden zu stören und wird auch von niemandem gestört. Der Außenbereich ist das absolute Highlight dieses Inserates. Ein riesiges Gelände, mit allen möglichen Annehmlichkeiten (Pool, Esstisch, bequeme Liegen, Tischtennisplatte, Gas- und Kohlegrill, Loungemöbel, Strom, gemühtliches Licht, überdachte Terassen, Balkon mit super Aussicht). Der Garten ist top gepflegt und schön angelegt. Bis auf Geschirr und Kücheutensilien, war das Haus sauber. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hochwertig. Eigentümer und Verwalter waren sehr nett.

Große Villa für großartigen Urlaub

Wir haben diese Villa zu siebt für einen 2-wöchigen Fahrradurlaub gebucht und hatten dort eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus ist wirklich riesig, sodass man sich über Platz keine Sorgen machen muss, selbst mit sieben Fahrrädern. Die Räume waren durchweg sauber und die Ausstattung in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Das Grundstück kann direkt mit dem Auto befahren werden, das Tor öffnet elektrisch. Die Schlüsselübergabe findet unkompliziert per Schlüsselbox statt. Der überdachte Außenbereich mit mehreren Sitzecken lässt sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzen, und wenn es wirklich zu kalt werden sollte gibt es im Innenraum auch nochmal genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist riesig und bietet allen Gästen genug Platz. Der große Gasgrill eignet sich hervorragend für ausgedehnte Abende draußen. Die Kommunikation mit den Hausinhabern war von Anfang an völlig problemlos, sie sprechen gutes Englisch. Ein paar Tage vor unserem Aufenthalt haben wir alle Informationen für die Schlüsselbox und ein paar ergänzende Informationen bekommen. Für die Bezahlung der Steuer und am Ende des Aufenthalts den Strom konnten wir flexibel einen Zeitpunkt ausmachen. Bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem Abfluss war innerhalb weniger Stunden ein Rohrreiniger zur Stelle und hat das Problem behoben, so soll es sein. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder Die Küchenausstattung ist noch etwas ausbaufähig, wir konnten aber trotzdem alles kochen, was uns in den Sinn gekommen ist.

Heel aangename ontvangst

Heel aangename ontvangst. Parkeren ter plaatse. Groot domein en huis met meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen, brengt je onmiddellijk in vakantiestemming. Supermarkt op 6 min. rijden. Lekker koken met grote oven en gasbbq. Genieten in de ligzetels aan het zwembad & van aperitief op het terras met zicht op de bergen. De pingpongtafel en verse citroenen uit de tuin zijn een pluspunt! Gelegen aan een grote baan, dus ideale uitvalsbasis om vlot daguitstappen te maken. Aanrader!
