Flirtatious apartment in the port of Alcudia with sea views. The apartment is located in front of the incredible and kilometre-long beach of Alcudia. It is situated in an area with a charming seafront promenade full of good restaurants, shops and cafes.

The apartment has been recently renovated. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and sea views and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with access to the beautiful terrace furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy the incredible views. It is worth noting that both bedrooms and the living-dining room have air conditioning and, of course, Wifi.
In addition, the apartment has two communal swimming pools, one large and one small for children, with sun loungers and a grass area with access only for residents of the complex.

Ultimately, an incredible opportunity to enjoy your holidays in Mallorca without the need to rent a car.

Lovely beachfront property

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The home was super clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The air conditioning was fabulous. The kitchen had all that we needed for our stay. Such easy access to restaurants and markets yet it was very quiet. Definitely recommend this property!

Excellent location with only the promenade between appartment grounds and beach. Many resturaunts in marina area only a short walk away. Wonderful view of beach and bay from balcony. Swimming pool great, water warm. Apartment spacious and clean. Would stay again.

Everyone was so helpful during our flight delays. Property had views that were amazing! Mediterranean Sea, 85 degree water, well equipped kitchen for tapas and close supermercados to shop within minutes. Festival for Saint Peter, parade and fireworks...amazing!

Lovely apartment in an ideal location

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Alcudia. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The balcony was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view of the beach and the sea beyond. There was a good choice of restaurants and bars along the beach front, and it was a relatively easy walk into the old town.

Die Lage ist ein Traum

Die Lage direkt am Strand und mit einer großen Palme gleich vor der Terrasse ist wunderschön und einzigartig. Wir haben das Meer und den tollen sauberen Strand genossen und waren dazwischen immer schnell für eine Schatten-Pause wieder zuhause auf der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Auf unsere Mitbewohner Ameisen und Stechmücken hätten wir gerne verzichtet, sowie auf die Baustelle gleich unter der Terrasse. Aber die ist sicher nur vorübergehend.

Estupendo apartamento a pie de playa

Limpio y con cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. Piscina comunitaria muy agradable. Ubicación excelente, con muchos restaurantes y tiendas a solo un paso y a 5 min en coche de Alcudia. Sitio para aparcar en las zonas comunes. Hemos estado muy a gusto pasando unos días en familia. Recomendable!

Schöner Meerblick, erste Reihe

Wir haben einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Wohnung genossen. Blick direkt auf das Meer und den Strand, der doch recht bevölkert war. Abends flanieren die Besucher unterhalb des Balkons auf dem Weg den Stand entlang. Wer es touristisch mag, ist hier richtig. Sehr freundlicher Empfang im Büro und schnelle Hilfe bei der Inbetriebnahme der Klimaanlage. Danke!

Super place for staying in Alcúdia. Right next to the beach. You seat at a terrace and see the beach and the sea! Great apartment’s design, there is everything that you need there. Very clean. Polite and responsive guys in Ideal Property. There are bus stops next to the apartment, car rent Europcar. A lot of supermarkets like Mercadona, Liddl, Spar. It takes about 15 minutes walking to the old city. If I want to come to Alcúdia again I will definitely check this apartment for booking :)
