"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Personally, I will never stay here again! I stayed at the Residencial Metro Republica, during the first month of winter and it was a cold week. Having said that, it was SOOO cold in the room (You are rationed “Heat” from 7pm to 11 pm). If you wake up early or need to go to the bathroom, your room will be frigid.
