Had to book and pay for my own room at checkin due to no Hotels.com reservation- the price was £25 for one night.!!!

"This was the worst place I ever stayed. It is dirty and unkept. People were getting the room for less than half the price I paid. There was no breakfast although reservation said so. It is next to a Railway station and the engines kept on screeching and storming all night. I will not be booking via Orbitz in future."

"Brand new hotel in an area difficult to access due to construction on the nearby main road. Staff was delightful and very helpful but didn’t speak much English and required translation by Assamese-speaker. Food was very good and dining area was beautiful. "

"The hotel is on a hill right next to and with view of the temple. That also means it is only reachable by foot. As non Hindu travelers we definitely stood out but the location also provided a great opportunity to spend time at the most impressive attraction in Guwahati. Transportation back down from the temple hill is uncomplicated since cabs will love to have your business. "
