"Enjoyed the top notch spa service and also the cab service. Shout out to an amazing front desk rep- Shiny who provided excellent recommendations and also amazing spa staff. Food left much to be desired as there werent a lot of choices for vegetarian food and ala carte. Dust on side tables and room accessories were not clean."

"1) In the net it is mentioned 3 star property but the rooms are damp and shavvy and stringent smell coming 2) In breakfast , the sambar is served in plastic bowls and water in plastic glasses 3) food quality is bad too."

"Kanishka, the night duty manager was great in assisting us with a smooth checkout. He even assisted when the room device were slow and introduced us to Dinku in the travel desk to take us to kamakhya temple as we didn’t know much coming from London. Dinku made sure of taking care of us during our journey to kamakhya and airport while going back to London. Absolutely brilliant set of people who made us love the experience. We’ll come back again and refer our friends too!"
