"Clean room, extremely kind and courteous staff but check-in went a little awry. The valet had our luggage sitting for over an hour before delivering to our room, so we missed planned beach relaxation time before rushing to our dinner reservation at Geoffrey’s. It was as though the guests who checked-in after us were attended to and accommodated before we were as the lobby / check-in area were clear as we waited. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. We would just appreciate a bit more attention to detail in guest prioritization practices. Wishing you all continued success!"
