"While we were there our son went into medical distress. The staff at the store and the reception desk were absolutely amazing. So kind, caring, and thoughtful. My son and I didn’t get to finish our stay there but they sent food packages with the rest of our family for our hospital stay. "Really liked the hotel facilities. Food was really good, especially breakfast, and meat and desserts were delicious. Also had drinks on tap all day eg soft drinks and coffee. Staff were really helpful and efficient. Also area around the hotel was nice with several interesting shops and cafes in close proximity. Easy to get to and from Heraklion via buses 1 to Heraklion and 6 back to the hotel. Both stops very close to the hotel. Its a very interesting city. Also really close proximity to the beach, just past the bar. I'd definitely recommend staying here. "
