"This was a last-minute getaway for me and my wife. We have four young kids and two older ones, and the youngest had been poorly, so we weren’t going to go. But we found this property and decided to book for one night. Although it was a little further than I would usually like for a one-night stay, it was absolutely worth it. Shannon has done an amazing job with the place — the pictures really don’t do it justice. The bed was super comfy, and the room was so spacious. It had everything you needed, and the host was quick to reply to messages. Can’t wait to go back."

"Good staff and the breakfast is excellent. The bar staff are good but the charges are suspect. Bought the same drinks three times but was charged differently each time. I do not understand how that works! "

"The staff were perfectly pleasant and helpful, and the reception area looks lovely. However, the room itself was extremely disappointing—especially considering the price paid. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a mouldy, deteriorating bath and worn strips coming away. The curtains were dirty and stained, and tiles were broken and falling apart. Even the USB chargers by the bed weren’t functioning properly. Overall, the condition of the room was shocking. I arrived at 9pm and was leaving again at 5am, so I didn’t have the time to request a room change, but it’s safe to say I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. A real shame given the positive first impression at reception. I have since been given points to help towards another hotel booking for the future. But I still had to write an honest review for future people booking"
