Luminous modern and functional 1 bedroom apartment with living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped high quality kitchen and bathroom with shower.

5 minutes walk from the Plaza de la Merced, alcazabilla street with the typical winery "El pimpi" a must see in Malaga, a walk of about 20 minutes from the famous beach "La Malagueta"

It is one of the 7 tourist apartments located in a building of new construction, located in the high part of the historical center of Malaga; A perfect location, in a quiet area ...

On the upper floor there is a small communal area to relax, to share with the 7 apartments, with a table and chairs.

Being able to rent individually, by plants or even the entire building, make these the perfect accommodations from a person to large groups.

We deliver the keys personally, showing you the use of the apartment and some aspects of the city. It will be our pleasure to offer you our help and all the local information you need ... to make your stay unforgettable!

Winter holiday

Small flat in lovely position in Malaga - very near to the centre and everywhere easy to walk to. A bit noisier than I expected but you are in a city!

Shower is very small. If you are bigger or have mobility issues, then I would suggest looking at other options. Also lots of mosquitos which I know can't be controlled, but there is no AC in the bedroom.

Lage super, Wohnung für 2-4 Personen gut ehr für 2 Personen. Die Angabe mit dem Parken stimmt nicht man bezahlt pro Tag 22 Euro da es ein öffentliches Parkhaus ist.Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.

Très joli appartement en plein centre de Malaga

Très joli appartement, très bien situé, à deux pas du théâtre Cervantès et de la place Merced. Appartement au 1er étage avec ascenseur :), très propre, bien équipé en linge de maison, serviettes...Accueil de Reda parfait :)
