The apartment location was good. But the cleaning and bedding bathrooms were not good. The heater was dusty. Compared to the size of the apartment, there was only one bathroom and hot water could not be used for a long time. Especially when you take a shower and use a heater while cooking in the evening, the power goes off. Maybe if you use a lot of electricity, it turns off. I was scared and could not use electricity. have used many hotels, but this was the first time. There were many other things. I do not want to recreate this experience.

Good location
Good location. Check in is separate from the place you stay so if you're driving it can be a bit of a hassle. Car parking is not free either you'll need to park in a paid car park at approx. 25 euro a day.

Worst experience i've ever had. The property was completely mis-sold on the website. The actual property looks nothing like the pictures to begin with. Secondly the address given on hotels.com is for their offices not the actual apartments. The property is advertised with parking - when i got to the offices i was told it was not included and i would have to pay €25 a day at a local car park to park my car, which by the way was circled on a map for me and i was told by the very unprofessional gentleman at their offices to find it myself (same goes for the actual apartment which was a 15 min walk away from their offices). Can you imagine landing in a country you have never been to and told to find your accommodation yourself? The apartment: 1) smelt like fresh paint 2) the balcony was the size of a 1/8th of the size advertised (also couldn't see the beach which was the main selling point) 3) bathroom 1 - door wouldn't lock and shower curtain was a makeshift umbrella. 4) bathroom 2 - smelt like sewage 5) sofa bed was broken. We left within a couple of hours of being there and the company had the cheek to charge us for a night after they clearly mis-sold the property and we did not even stay for half a day! Disgraceful to think they can get away with false advertising like this!

We ask you for checking all the things but you just like to cancel your booking without giving us the option to help you. Great place in malaga.

Marvellous Malaga
We stayed in a Holidays 2 Malaga apartment for 3 nights - the office was fairly easy to find. The arrangement is you call into the office to collect the apartment keys so this review is about the service rather than the apartment. All I can say is excellent, friendly and helpful service. The 'check in' was efficient, calm and relaxing - we were served by a man called Dani who spoke excellent English and was able to provide help and advice on where to go etc. What i liked was receiving a message 24 hours later asking how everything was - any problems etc. that's good customer care. Highly recommend.

These days of rain in Malaga, especially in the Historical Center of the city, when it rains, it usually gets a little smell through the pipes, but it dosn´t last much more than an hour, it is especially at the beginning of the rain. Anyway, we understand perfectly that this would be annoying. That is why we recommend to you that when you´re staying in a Holidays2Malaga apartment, you warn us about anything that does not seem right, some incidence, etc, because we understand that these things can happen, but H2M has a response response Very quick to solve any issue and so, you can fully enjoy your vacation. Our first disappointment with hotels.com
The apartment advertises a private terrace, but to reach the terrace you have to go out of the apartment onto another floor and it is not near the actual apartment, which was not at all convenient for our family. Once on the terrace they had not provided cushions for the sofa, which meant it was impossible to use anyway, unless we lay on the ground! We asked for cushions on our arrival, but none were provided. They offered instead to move us to another apartment with better outside space, but when we replied asking for further information about this offer we didn’t hear back from them. The WiFi did not work for the first day and night and we had a long wait to get it fixed the next day, which took up some of our time when we would like to have been out of the apartment, but instead were in with housekeeping trying to fix the issue. Tea and coffee was provided, but no kettle! It was good to have fresh towels, but the sewage smell from the bathroom drains was very unpleasant and the shower was angled so close to the wall it was impossible to stand under. Everything was very clean, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and took up so much of the living room space that we had to climb over the bed to get out the door! The location is very convenient for the train and the air conditioning was useful. However, the poor customer service let us down.

The wifi did work in and we use to have kettle in all our apartments. Regarding the terrace outside the apartment, in your apartment it is true that the terrace it´s on the top floor. For the next time, we have others with the interior terrace just ask us about it and we´ll check it out for you all our options. A great apartment and location and very good value
Positives – Good location, smart modern attractive, good facilities – ideal in many ways. Negatives – Can get noisy outside despite being in a ‘quieter’ central area. Internet poor apparently not the apartments fault. Details The apartment is located in the centre near all of the cafes, bars, etc. A ten minute walk to the harbor area. We stayed in the apartment for 7 nights in February 2018 for £248. The main room had a kitchen area, table and chairs, large modern TV, and a sofa plus a coffee table. The bedroom has a king sized bed and wardrobe. The bathroom had a loo and very compact shower. The aircon and heating worked well except that we did not know how to change the settings. Consequently late evening the room became rather cold. Amenities included fridge, freezer, washing machine, micro-wave, pots and pans etc. They even provided some washing up liquid, tea and coffee, tea towel, etc. All in all it was very well equipped, clean and the management of the flat was professional and helpful. Our TV had no English channels – not even CNN news. WE did find a chanel that showed English speaking films or tv series. The interest was weak – frequently dropping out. The company state that this is due to poor provision available in Malaga. We could not get our mobile roaming Wifi working in Spain at all despite calls to our UK providers Id mobile and Talktalk. All in all 9 out of 10.

We had a great time in Malaga. The apartment was only a couple of minutes away from the centre of the city. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Very quiet room it was hard to believe that we were very close to a busy road. Would definitely come back again to this apartment.

Had to move from first apartment as they wanted us to light the gas boiler with a cigarette lighter and the shower head kept falling off the wall! Key didn't work properly in second apartment. Altogether made for stressful times in our holiday. Too much waiting around for rep from Holidays to Malaga to sort out initial problem (we eventually had to go to their office) and to let us in to both apartents. Shame as Malaga is a fabulous city and the apartments were in great locations but i would not use Holidays to Malaga again.

Malaga apartment
The apartment in Malaga was located away from the city centre in a run down neighbourhood. The apartment itself was relatively new, pleasant and in a clean condition. It took about 30 minutes to walk into town by the most direct route. We chose to eat out and there was nowhere close by that we found.

Francoise, the Property Manager was most helpful w/ accomodations and General Info re.area, Super Market which we needed for our 10 day stay. The washing machine in the unit was most appreciated as we had come in from a 7 day visit to Morocco. After we learned the bus system we found this Apartment well situated. We would strongly recommend this property for a week+++ visit to Malaga and the surrounding cities like Torremolinos, Ronda, Granada and Seville.

Central very noisy flat in historic Malaga
The constant very loud noise all night of people shouting and singing at 2 local bars meant that we barely slept which really did ruin our holiday because we were so tired. I liken it to trying to sleep in a packed football stadium. We closed the windows and shutters but this didn't make much difference at all. I emailed Holidays2Malaga on the second day who offered some other flats in the area charging a supplement. We didn't take up the offer as we only had 2 days to go and didn't want to spend it moving flats and weren't confident it would be any different. We also didn't want to pay a supplement. The flat had a 'For Sale' sign on the balcony, so I imagine this has been a problem for everyone who stays there. In our opinion, the makes this flat unsuitable to let to people on holiday as our experience was distinctly not relaxing. We would like some financial compensation for a somewhat ruined holiday.

recommendation
Renting a studio instead of a hotel room has definite advantages.  I got twice or three times the living space with a kitchen and washing machine.  The personal was extremely helpful resolving Internet and wireless issues and making sure I was pleassd. Just remember there is no front desk , instead you must arrange for the property manager to meet you at the property location to receve the key.  Hotel.com gave me the location of the office which was exactly where I wanted to be,  however the apartment was not at that location but about a half a mile further away. It took me several phone calls to understand what was going on. In other words the "various locations" must be improved, to clarly spell out the address up front and not on page two or three where it is easily overlooked.

Amazing location!
Absolutely fabulous location bang in the middle of Malaga with everything within walking distance. Plaza Constitucion is a great place to stay. The flat was light and comfortable and equipped with all appliances needed aside from a dishwasher. I hope that for next time they provide a few more cups as there were only 3 and the towels need to be better quality as they shed all over us.

Holidays 2 Malaga review February, 2015
We paid in full for 3 nights but only stayed for a night because we couldn't sleep due to a lot of noise from the street pretty much all through the night. I wouldn't blame this on the service as it would have been nicer and quieter if the room was at a much higher floor. We told H2M about our decision to leave the next morning and have not received a response 5 days hence. That is inexcusable.

A real home from home
I stayed in one of 30 apartments in Malaga city; a one bedroomed property right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was modern and decorated to a high standard, with an adequately equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and there was even a sofa bed "in case I had friends over or had a party." Location wise I could not have been better situated for restaurants, cafés and shops, with all the main sights of the city a very short walk away. I will definitely use Hotels2Malaga again.

Mittelmässiges Appartement
Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen. Dies ist praktisch, aber es ist abends (vorallem FR und SA) eher laut. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr ringhörig. Das Schlafzimmer wie auch das Wohnzimmer und Küche waren ganz ok, sauber und bietet das nötigste. Das Badzimmer ist aber wirklich klein und für mehrere Tage sehr unangenehm. Die Klimaanlage konnte erst nur kühlen und nicht wärmen, was aber umgehend gelöst wurde. Da es sich um ein älteres Gebäude handelt, ist es auch nicht so gut isoliert und im Nov. bei den kühlen Abenden ist eine Heizung von Vorteil. Alles in allem ok für wenige Nächte.

Podłogi popsute po poprzednikach . Nie mogliśmy zamknąć drzwi ani do toalety ani prysznica ani sypialni . To nas bardzo stresowało a obietnica ze przeprowadza nas do następnego apartamentu spełzły na niczym .

En koselig, moderne leilighet som ligger veldig sentralt i gamle byen. Kan anbefales. (Minus er den skitne, oppbrukte fellesterrassen på taket. Ikke bra. Vi ville ikke være der)! Må nevne at jeg er veldig skuffet fordi vi ikke fikk penthouse leiligheten med privat takterrasse som vi egentlig bestilte. Da jeg ikke hadde hørt noe tre uker før, kontaktet jeg utleieren for å få vite at det var "vann lekkasje" i leiligheten. På så kort varsel måtte vi ta det vi ble tilbudt. Vi ble lovet en kompensasjon på 10%. Expedia, ser dere til at dette ordner seg! Jeg er ikke fornøyd i hele tatt. Men Malaga er en nydelig by, vi hadde en flott ferie tross alt.

Whole place is a lie!
Don’t expect too much for this place. We had problems with venetian blinds, those were somehow broken. The place is not there where they say they are, either google maps cant find the apartment only the office. The worst thing were car parking which they did not have at all...felt like fooled. We needed to pay 90€ for parking 3 nights. Also a bit frustrating was that office crew were all the time sending some WhatsApp messages even tough I didn’t want! Only good thing were location at the end, main square in Malaga old town.

Alt i lejligheden fungerede, omend lidt slidt, heldigvis var der en stor balkon der gjorde underværker, trods der ikke var nogen særlig udsigt. Beliggenheden var super central.

Aflyste vores bookede lejlighed uden varsel
Vi fik ikke den lejlighed vi havde bestilt den 21. januar 2019, da de uden varsel afbookede , 3 uger før vi skulle rejse derned i perioden 18.april - 22 april (Påsken ). Vi fik så tilbudt en anden der var uden de samme faciliteter og størrelse, så det var ikke så god en oplevelse som forventet.

God beliggenhet, luksus leilighet
Stor, modern leilighet med alt man trenger for lengre opphold. 2 bad og 2 soverom var langt mer enn forventet for familie på tre. Nær matbutikker og gode spisesteder
