"I had an excellent stay at Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel for three nights. The location is perfect—very close to the Haram, which made our stay extremely convenient. The reception staff, especially Mr. Saud, was very helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. Room service was excellent and well organized. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. The serving staff were very kind, polite, and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. "

"Clean room, amazing staff. We dealt with Mr. MASLEH who was super nice and helpful and he helped resolve an issue which was from the website and it was not hotels fault, yet Mr. MASLEH helped us out. We must say Arab hospitality is sexond to none i would recommend this hotel for cleanliness and courteous service. Also the distance to HARAM from here is about 4 minutes and we enter MATAF / KABAA right away instead of going in circles. On exiting Umra from MARWA, it is still very close to get back to the hotel. And there are always golf kart like vehicles to take you up to the hotel. When i stayed on Ibrahim Khalil side, which was same distance to HARAM, I had to walk worth 1.5 Umras to do 1 Umra so it felt like doing 2.5 Umra. Doing Umra from this hotel was a breeze specially with family. It was totally worth it to stay at this hotel for convenience of Umra and HARAM access on top of great customer service and cleanliness and I highly recommend it and will stay again."
