Hilton Suite is our favorite hotel to stay in Mecca. The staff is super nice and so hospitable. We had an accessible two bedroom suite for my mother needing wheel chair. The staff was so helpful especially Hassan. We had Buffet package which I highly recommend. The Cafetaria manager Mr. Rajab is so courteous and kind and made sure his team would serve food for my mom on her table as she was on wheelchair. He truly was taking care of all elderly and all families. Highly highly recommend

Great hotel, in very close proximity to many gates to enter the Haram. Friendly staff, clean rooms, top class views too. I would recommend the main restaurant for breakfast if you can get there - the spread is much better!
