"Rooms were large and very clean. I couldn't figure out the TV, but not a biggie, it was only an overnight stay. Do Not Disturb sign was missing, but easily remedied. Would stay again!"

They were wonderful to work with when our family had to vacate another rental (different rental platform) in the middle of our stay for a plethora of issues. This lake front home is terrific, from the views, incredible bird watching, your stress just melts away. Can only image how wonderful the summer season activities are here! It is host like Nick and Lynn that will continue to bring us back. "

"We had the best time staying at Saratoga lake. Waking up on the lake was amazing. We enjoyed the local restaurants along with down town Saratoga and the park! Our host was exceptional in communicating with us and would love to come back when we can get out on the lake. Thanks Nick "

"We stayed for one night. It was very clean inside. The outside lacked attention with thick dirt on the windows, mildew on awnings, and some inappropriate things written on the thick dirt on the windows that our kids pointed out. Spiderwebs on the doorframe were not welcoming. Location was unimpressive- not unsafe, not desirable. Inside was very cute, set up like a diner, first floor apt. Housekeeping was easy to reach, beds very comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the overpowering scent. It was like trying to breathe inside a plug-in and diffuser combined. Because there are no windows that open, it was incredibly difficult to breathe. I put on all the fans, the ACs, the mini split fan to try and reduce the the smell, but honestly it was hard to sleep, I was choking through the perfume scent all night and we left at 7 am to get out as soon as possible to breathe some fresh air. If the owner can get that under control, I would recommend. "
