"The 3rd floor loft was just what we needed for a short stay near Philly. Portia was the perfect host; her communication was timely and she wanted to make sure the Loft met our expectations. If you book with her, I am confident she will fix any issues so your stay is as enjoyable as ours. The Loft is clean and spacious. The kitchenette is well stocked with the basic essentials so you can prepare simple meals. The powerful AC window units cooled the bedroom and the living space to a very comfortable temperature, so don’t be discouraged that the Loft doesn’t have central AC. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Portia! "

"Property was as advertised. Row house on Residential Street nicely remodeled and up to date. Street parking, but not difficult to find a nearby spot. Owner was very responsive and contacted us immediately about items we had inadvertently left behind. 2nd full bath is on lower level, shower a little small and water just lukewarm, Narrow stairs to go down to that level. But- 2nd floor full bath is wonderful and 1/2 bath on main floor is convenient. Pleasant stay for our 4 person group and convenient location for what we had planned."
