When we arrived in our room the guests in the room beside ours were unbearably noisy. We called the front desk about it twice, but the noise didn't let up, so we went down to the front desk to tell them in person that the noise level hadn't changed, and we were graciously offered another room. The rest of our night was quiet.

Not a great hotel to stay in. Cleanness not the top priority for Hotel housekeeping. In out 2 day stay no one came to clean the rooms.

Excellent hotel for the price

Very clean hotel in excellent condition. Front desk service was very good. There’s a parking garage attached to the hotel, which is helpful. Good security (need a room key to use elevator). Only two negatives: room service is only every OTHER day (please go back to pre-Covid status and help us stay clean/safe) and there’s a charge for the breakfast (which we chose not to access). Other than that, hotel is close to many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Not up to snuff

We have stayed in this hotel several times. This was this first time that the room was not satisfactory. The door into the room stuck. The bathroom sliding door fell of the rail therefore it couldn't close. The toilet seat moved and made a loud noise when one stood up. And the thermostat was turned off and it was not obvious how to turn it on. The person at the desk offered no apology.

Great front desk staff, room needed attention

The front desk staff was great at check-in. However the inn the morning we discovered that the door handle to the bathroom was broken, the shampoo container was filled with water, there was not any body wash, and the coffee machine didn't work. There was no point calling the front desk as we needed to get going
