"This is a beautiful property. You are located within walking distance of Maho beach, Mullet beach, Casino Royale and the market. Paul has the ameneties well described in his listing. There is some night noise from the bars downtown but the bedrooms are all located on the back of the house so you hardly hear it. The only problem is the appliances are a little outdated. As in the cooktop/oven, the controls on the oven dissembles are pretty wore off and hard to understand or figure out."
