"Amazing location with a super helpful team of people. The perfect location for a safari at Yala wildlife park as it is 10 minutes from the entrance. "

"This property is actually non existenting and a scam. No such property exists. Can not reach the hotel by phone number given. Expedia has not followed this up in a timely manner and we are awaiting a refund of our money."

"Clean room, unique place direct next to the reserve (jungle style) Small place (3) bungalows and next month (2) three houses we saw (wowww)"

"Makini Bush Camp is an absolute gem in Yala! The stunning tented rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for, including a refreshing plunge pool—perfect for cooling off after a walk in the bush. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable stay, accommodating a range of experiences, including a half-day safari inside the park and a delightful nature walk around the camp. Our guide, Mr. Koushalya, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate...

"Incredible place to spend a few nights while we enjoyed the peace and serenity as well as two safaris. The food was the best we had during our stay in Sri Lanka and the staff was incredible as well. "

"The location and the place are nice, but it is about 30 minutes away from the nearest town."

"Great place to start your safari in Yala"
