"Excellent hotel and staff, special shout out to Harshdeep for his hospitality. We really enjoyed are stay breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the airport so if there is traffic you can be late otherwise excellent location. "

"Room was large, very clean with a basket of fresh fruit to welcome us. The bathroom was spacious and shower was excellent with hot water. Staff would stop by and ask if we needed anything. The breakfast was sumptuous and though a buffet staff was always available to get us our coffee or bring the omelette over from the station. They have a cocktail hour from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm on the 30th floor with beautiful views of the city. I’ll be back. "

"This hotel is a gem. I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it! The cozy rooms in this beautiful old building, comfy beds, peaceful surrounds, the most wonderful rooftop breakfast area, little garden and living room/reception. And, a clear low waste ethos. It has been our cocoon and a beautiful place to come ‘home’ to and relax in. Above all though, it is the staff who bring everything alive, humming and easy. The way they interact with us, their pride in their work and, how each person cares - true Mumbai culture which has made this stay extra special. Thank you all. We will be back. "

"This Hotel does not honour the booking done through Hotels.com. In my case it was a confirmed booking and they simply refused that they didn’t have any such booking. I was appalled. I have sent the details to Hotels.com also."

"Dirty bedding with stains. Blocked toilets and dirty yellow water. No parking on site. Staff working there are very friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t recommend."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations.The staff at the hotel were welcoming. Our check in was smooth and quick. It would have been better if they do the necessary paperwork for both our booking on our first visit. This will save time on our second checkin. The housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast has limited variety but always fresh with options to meet your special diet needs. The food at their restaurant was always fresh and tasty. We were never disappointed with any of our choices at the restaurant. It must be noted that hotel guests enjoy at discounted rate at the in house restaurant. The staff are attentive and assist guest with local travels by arranging taxis. A special thank you to Luke for always being ready help with a smile. A big thank you to Vikas Parab who resolved minor issues professionally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to be in central Mumbai"

"Our stay at this hotel in Mumbai was disappointing overall. The room was very small and not comfortable for a family stay. There was visible mold on the walls, and the towels and bed sheets were extremely old and worn out — which made the stay feel unhygienic and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, though service was quite slow. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this place could be improved, but in its current condition, I wouldn’t recommend it for families or longer stays. "
