The absolutely most perfect location in the town. The night market, lake, shopping and fining right at the front door. The family that runs the guesthouse are always smiling. I loved the coffee provided in the morning. The pool was nice. The rooms need a little tlc but are comfortable and are good. The price is typical Thai bargain priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location! Ideally situated across from a tranquil and idyllic small lake with a fascinating temple. Great for evoking calm. Good place to walk around. Restaurants and a little night market are close. The guesthouse is a tremendous value. Small bungalows are nestled around a nice pool with jacuzzi jets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s free coffee and tea all day/night. The rooms themselves had everything you’d need: comfy bed, clean nice bathroom and shower. Only drawback was a bit spotty WiFi at times. My wife and I really enjoyed the Piya Guesthouse and Mae Hong Son. We will come back!

The hotel was quite basic but ok for the price. Rooms a little dated but clean. Hotels.com mention that breakfast is available but this wasn’t the case. Staff are polite and friendly.

The best!
The room was very nice and clean. The pool was great. The resort faces the lake and at night they have a night market and lots of street food. Everything is perfect! It was my second time there and will be back again!
