Da unsere Ankunft auf einen Sonntag fiel, wurde die Schlüsselübergabe in Madulain auf alternative Weise arrangiert. Alles ging reibungslos vonstattenging und hat hervorragend funktioniert. "Sehr freundliche Beratung am Telefon! Alles war wie beprochen bereit. TV-Programm funktionierte nicht. Da das Problem telefonisch nicht behoben werden konnte, kam wenig später ein Fachmann vorbei. Anschliessend alles tiptop! Auch Putzzeug wurde uns unkompliziert vorbei gebracht. ."

"Herzlichen Dank für die Flexibilität infolge des Wasserschadens uns eine Alternativ Wohnung anzubieten. Die freundlicherweise zur verfügung gestellte Nespresso Maschine heizte leider nicht auf. Diese sollte ersetzt werden. Die Alternative mit der Chicco Doro Maschine und den Gratis Kapseln war jedoch sehr hilfreich :-) Herzlichen Dank."
