Wonderful

Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing.

We had a seamless check in and the receptionist was very friendly. Overall, the staffs at the hotels were very nice and helpful. However, the mattress sinks in the middle and feels worn out, which made it very uncomfortable throughout the night. we could hardly sleep during the whole night as it was super uncomfortable.

Charming Family Hotel

Great family hotel well located in the Engadin, with fantastic views. Check-in was smooth and professional with a welcoming glass of prosecco. Room was a good size and clean. You have the option to choose different pillows so I got the same type I use at home. Breakfast buffet has a great choice, with the option to order additional dishes. It goes on to 11am which is great for late risers (me!) or those who like to eat after morning exercise. Food on the terrace and Giodi is all good too. Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.
