The hotel is very clean and nicely organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is spread across several buildings, so you need to walk outside to get to the spa, wellness area, and breakfast. Our room could use a bit of an upgrade, especially the flooring, which looked quite worn. Otherwise, everything is beautiful — the views are picture-perfect and the fresh mountain air is amazing.

Very good hotel

A very well managed hotel located up in the mountains close to the lift system. The staff is terrific, helpful, and the shuttle service is offered every 30 mins during 9-18. Very good facilities with heated ski lockers and a large parking area if you arrive by car. Highly recommend.

This property is out of the way but we knew this before our stay. It is very hilly around so not easy to walk down to the lake or town The shuttle is really handy although plan your day as it does not run between 11-3 so we had to wait around for an hour or so. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a sufficient buffet selection although no toaster to make toast with scrambled eggs. We missed having a kettle in the room The wellness centre and spa were an added bonus at the end of a day exploring

The location was wonderful (but really hard to walk to). Make sure you call and reserve a shuttle ride to the hotel. The staff was Great and make sure you order it with breakfast included, it has an Amazing selection! The unit was really clean but we did find that some of the linens had small holes in them (no big deal). We did not get to experience a lot the place had to offer and would love to visit again.

This location was far out but we easily walked to town and the valley each day and could schedule a shuttle back or even to and from the city center.
