ABOUT US...

We are Javier and Yolanda, a couple who have been together for more than 30 years and we have embarked on this holiday rental adventure with a lot of enthusiasm and we have put a lot of enthusiasm and love into this house so that the tenants feel almost or even better than at home.

I would love to be able to receive you all and welcome you in person and when you return home I would love to say goodbye and see that you leave happy and with a good taste in your mouth, but if I can't, I can always open the door for you from a distance.

I love sport, especially canoeing and nature, that's why this beautiful cottage with access to 2 minutes to the country house, but I also like the gastronomy and know different places, you can ask me to advise you where to go to enjoy Madrid.

THE CASITA....

Flat on the ground floor with all amenities 200 meters from the Casa de Campo (not a country house).
1 bedroom with double bed, with ceiling fan and toilet next door.
Hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the house.

Spacious living room with comfortable sofa bed, brand new 43’ flat screen Smart TV (with Netflix and Amazon options (tenant to set their own account), stylish ceiling fan, electric fireplace and dining area, double curtains and one opaque curtain for a great night's sleep.

Wifi included.

Lovely open plan fitted kitchen, water is drinkable and the best in Spain, it is the water of Madrid.

Modern touch lighting throughout the house and a stylish, convenient service.
And you have Google Mini, for use as background music, alarm clock or game.

It has a 4-turn armoured door, plus an external lock and picture phone.
Remote opening if necessary.
The idea is to receive you in person, but I can open remotely in case of not coinciding, so it facilitates the Checking.

THE ZONE...

It is a neighbourhood in remodelling and in 2 years it will be the most beautiful entrance to Madrid, they have already started the works to put a promenade and park and gardens at the door.

The location is perfect for events in the Casa de Campo, at the door we have the access tunnel to the Casa de Campo, where we have the zoo, the lake, amusement park and the whole lung of Madrid, the Crystal Palace, Madrid Arena and very good location for all those who come to the many sports activities in the area.

We have the metro Alto de Extremadura (line 6, the circular one) at 5 minutes walking distance, which takes you directly to the Madrid Arena (Wizinc Center) getting off at O'Donnell metro station.
Madrid Rio is a 15 minute walk away and there is a good tapas area nearby.

Also for shopping there are several markets and supermarkets such as Mercadona (5 minutes walk) or DIA.

The location is ideal for its proximity to the Casa de Campo for sporting events where most of the marathons, triathlons, etc. ...., as well as multiple fairs in the Palacio de Cristal or concerts in La Ribiera, the park of the Casa de Campo.


or concerts in La Ribiera, the Parque de Atracciones de Madrid, the Zoo or the esplanade of Alto de Extremadura, where they usually put the Circo del Sol and other similar shows.
In the back street as a curiosity, you have the boxing school of Jero Garcia.

I RECOMMEND IF YOU COME WITH YOUR CAR or YOU BRING YOUR CAR PON GPS HILARIO SANGRADOR 14 AND PARK THERE, you can approach the car to a street and take the bags there in a wide pedestrian street and then park the car on the same street Hilario Sangrador or below in Higueras or across the Paseo de Extremadura (behind the gas station) and go through the passageway.

If you come from the airport by car it takes 30 minutes (no traffic jams) and by metro you take line 8 and then line 6 and you are there in 1 hour.
