Really enjoyed our stay. Power outage across Madrid and staff on site carried my 20kg suitcase 5 storeys to the apartment. Also was so understanding when we made error with check out. Phone support was excellent too. Highly recommend 😀

Great location

Great location. Wonderful restaurants right out the main door. Be aware that emails from the property go to junk mail. We almost missed the check-in passport requirements. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the AC units on both floors.

This was a very neat & clean property, very central & having very good connectivity. The 3pm check in policy was a bit rigid especially when we reached the property by 130pm. Overall will come back to stay would rate our experience a 10 on 10- perfect!!

Overall good apartment for a family. Walls are very beat up and the kitchen has now oven. Reaponsive staff and cleaning when needed. Would come back.

The apartment had everything you could need and was in a great location. The sound proofed windows were wonderful and allowed us the quiet we needed! So much space if you need it! The only critique I have is that the washer/dryer is not great, didn’t wash the clothes thoroughly and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry the small load I did.

This property is clean, walking distance to the center, nice neighborhood, it has AC, washer machine. The dryer does not work fast as it is part of the washer. Nice cafeterias around. Madrid is not clean. Garbages on the street everywhere
